    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendiendo que no han podido tener efecto las notificaciones a los titulares de vehículos abandonados en la vía pública y en el depósito municipal de vehículos de acuerdo con los artículos 59.4 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, con el presente anuncio se comunica a las personas abajo relacionadas su contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;“Requerir a los titulares de los vehículos abajo reseñados que, si transcurre 1 mes a partir del siguiente al de la publicación del presente anuncio en el BOIB sin que retiren el citado vehículo de una de las calles del termino municipal de Manacor o del depósito municipal de vehículos, se declarará el vehículo abandonado y se tratará como residuo sólido urbano iniciándose un procedimiento sancionador contra el titular del vehículo, en base al artículo 74 de la Ordenanza reguladora de limpieza viaria, recogida de residuos sólidos urbanos y gestión de los parques verdes del término de Manacor, con una sanción prevista entre 750,01 hasta 1.500,00 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si durante el término de 1 mes se procede a su retirada o recibimos comunicación de renuncia voluntaria para tratar el vehículo como residuo sólido urbano en alguna de las formas previstas en la Ley 30/1992, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, no se incoará procedimiento sancionador, sin perjuicio de las deudas que tengan con este Ayuntamiento y otros organismos oficiales que tendrá que hacer frente el titular del vehículo.” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
