 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DOY FE Y TESTIMONIO: Que en el Juicio de Faltas 232/13 se ha dictado la presente sentencia, que en su encabezamiento y parte dispositiva dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SENTENCIA&amp;nbsp; 149/2013 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA a dieciséis de Mayo de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Juan Pedro Yllanes Suárez, Magistrado-Juez del Juzgado de Instrucción nº 8, ha visto y oído en Juicio Oral y Público la presente causa JUICIO DE FALTAS 232/2013, seguida por una falta de hurto contra Margarita Díaz Vargas, habiendo sido parte en la misma el Ministerio Fiscal. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Condeno a Margarita Díaz Vargas como autora responsable de una falta de hurto, a la pena de multa de un mes, con cuota diaria de tres euros y responsabilidad personal subsidiaria, en caso de impago, de un día de privación de libertad por cada dos cuotas no satisfechas, al pago de las costas causadas y a que indemnice a Yolanda Valero Pérez en la suma de 90 euros como valor del teléfono.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presente resolución no es firme y contra la misma cabe interponer recurso de apelación en este Juzgado para ante la Iltma. Audiencia Provincial de ILLES BALEARS en el plazo de CINCO DIAS desde su notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por ésta sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que conste y sirva de Notificación de Sentencia a&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;MARGARITA DIAZ VARGAS&lt;/strong&gt;, actualmente paradero desconocido, y su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de LAS ISLAS BALEARES, expido la presente en PALMA DE MALLORCA a 8 de agosto de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EL/LA SECRETARIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
