&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida, en sesión extraordinaria de día 22 de julio de 2013 adoptó el acuerdo de aprobación inicial del expediente de modificación de crédito 14/2013 del presupuesto municipal del ejercicio 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;El edicto de este acuerdo fue insertado al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 14243 de 25 de julio de 2013 y expuesto al tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento desde el 25 de julio al 13 de agosto de 2013. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;En el periodo de exposición al público no se ha presentado ningún tipo de alegación en contra del expediente, por eso queda elevado a definitivo de acuerdo con el artículo 169 del RDL 2/2004 por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y se hace pública la modificación presupuestaria acordada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
