    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La presidenta del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en fecha 9 de agosto de 2013, ha resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;quot;La presidenta, mediante decreto de día 2 de mayo de 2013, resolvió crear las direcciones insulares y secretarías técnicas en que tenían que quedar estructurados internamente los departamentos del Consejo de Mallorca, que se configuraron de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A fecha de hoy se considera conveniente modificar la estructuración de las secretarías técnicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h1&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fundamentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h1&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el art. 30 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobado por acuerdo del Pleno de día 2 de julio de 2001 (BOIB nº. 102, de 15 de agosto) y modificado por acuerdo del Pleno de día 8 de marzo de 2004 (BOIB nº. 38, de 16 de marzo), día 28 de julio de 2008 (BOIB nº. 113, de 14 de agosto), día 13 de octubre de 2011 (BOIB nº. 158, de 20 de octubre) y día 14 de febrero de 2013 (BOIB nº. 86, de 18 de junio) se determina que cada departamento del Consejo de Mallorca se puede estructurar internamente en una dirección insular o en más direcciones insulares, que son órganos directivos a los que corresponde la gestión, bajo la dirección del consejero ejecutivo correspondiente, de las diversas áreas funcionalmente homogéneas que conforman el departamento respectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Igualmente, puede haber en cada departamento del Consejo de Mallorca una secretaría técnica, que es el órgano directivo para gestionar, bajo la autoridad del consejero ejecutivo, los servicios comunes del departamento correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por eso, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Modificar el decreto de día 2 de mayo de 2013 en el sentido que allí donde dice&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 27pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;quot;Departamento de Hacienda y Función Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 54pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Secretaría Técnica, cuyas funciones serán ejercidas por el secretario técnico o para la secretaria técnica de Presidencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 54pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dirección Insular de Hacienda y Función Pública&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 27pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;quot;Departamento de Hacienda y Función Pública&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 54pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Secretaría Técnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 54pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dirección Insular de Hacienda y Función Pública&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;, que empieza a regir el mismo día en que se publica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
