&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El 25&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt; de marzo de 2013&lt;/span&gt;, entró en el Registro de la Consejería de Administraciones Públicas (con nº de registro de entrada 3921/2013) un oficio del Jefe del Departamento por delegación del Secretario Adjunto y Director de la Secretaría de la Junta de Gobierno de Palma, en virtud del Decreto nº 22906 de 1 de diciembre de 2011 (BOIB nº 187, de 15 de diciembre), en el que expone el incumplimiento de la condición resolutoria de la cesión gratuita del Ayuntamiento de Palma a favor de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears de una porción de terreno en Son Ximelis -ref. catastral 7236105DD6873E0001UR-, para construir una unidad básica de salud con la condición resolutoria que se destinará al uso previsto en el plazo de cinco años&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt; sesión&lt;/span&gt; ordinaria de día 24 de julio de 2002, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Palma adoptó el Acuerdo de ceder gratuitamente a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears un solar en la barriada de Son Roca, calificado en el vigente Plan General de Ordenación Urbana de Palma como EQ4A, con nº 31-01-P, y ubicado en la confluencia de las calles del Cap Blanc, del Cap del Pinar y del Cap de Formentor. La cesión se hizo con la finalidad única y exclusiva de destinar el solar unidad básica de salud, dependiente de la Zona Básica de Salud de Son Serra-La Vileta, para mejorar la cobertura asistencial del barrio de Son Roca. Si el solar en cuestión no se destinaba al uso previsto en un plazo de cinco años, o posteriormente dejaba de utilizarse, debía considerarse revocada la cesión y el solar revertiría al Ayuntamiento con todas las pertenencias y accesiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;22 de junio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt; de 2005&lt;/span&gt;, el Consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, mediante una resolución, autorizó la aceptación de la cesión gratuita que había hecho el Ayuntamiento de Palma a favor de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears de un solar de &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.064,70&amp;nbsp;m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt; en&lt;/span&gt; la barriada de Son Roca para &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;construir un&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt; centro sanitario&lt;/span&gt; integrado dentro de la Zona Básica de Salud de Son Serra-La Vileta (BOIB nº 103, de 9 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El apartado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt; segundo de la Resolución de 22&lt;/span&gt; de junio de 2005 &amp;nbsp;establece que si el solar en cuestión no se destina al uso previsto en un plazo de cinco años, contados desde el Acuerdo adoptado por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento, o posteriormente deja de usarse, se considerará revocada la cesión y el solar revertirá al Ayuntamiento con todas sus &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;pertenencias&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;y accesiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El 14 de octubre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt; de 2005&lt;/span&gt;, se formalizó la cesión en la escritura de cesión gratuita autorizada por el notario de Palma Julio Trujillo Zaforteza, con el nº de protocolo 3592.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El 14 de octubre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt; de 2005&lt;/span&gt;, se anotó la cesión gratuita en el Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears con el nº 100000002290.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El 17&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de noviembre de 2005&lt;/span&gt;, el Director General &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de Patrimonio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;dictó la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de afectación&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;al dominio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;público y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de adscripción del&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;solar mencionado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;al Servicio de Salud&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de las&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;BOIB nº &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;179,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de 29 de noviembre&lt;/span&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El 28&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt; de noviembre de 2005&lt;/span&gt;, se inscribió el dominio de la finca registral nº 65443 de Palma a favor de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en el folio 224, del tomo 4207 del archivo, libro 1003 de Palma, sección VI, inscripción 1ª del Registro de la Propiedad &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;nº 2 de Palma de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;, con&lt;/span&gt; sujeción al derecho de reversión&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El 21 de noviembre&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de 2012&lt;/span&gt;, el Jefe &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de la Sección II&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de la Secretaría General&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;adscrito&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;funcionalmente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a la Dirección General&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de Gestión&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Económica y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Farmacia&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;ambas de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Consejería de Salud&lt;/span&gt;, informó que &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;la construcción de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;UBS&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de Son Roca&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;no era&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;necesaria&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;para la asistencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;sanitaria de la Zona&lt;/span&gt; B&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;ásica de Salud&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de Son Serra&lt;/span&gt;-La &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Vileta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;ya&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;que no estaba prevista&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;en el Plan&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de Infraestructuras Sanitarias&lt;/span&gt;, por tanto, &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;se podía&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;devolver el inmueble&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;al Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de Palma de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;En&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;un oficio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de 20 de marzo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de 2013&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;del Jefe del Departamento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de la Junta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de Gobierno de Palma&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;consta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;que, de acuerdo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;con el informe&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de la&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;UTIB&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de 4 de julio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de 2012&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&amp;quot;se ha&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;podido comprobar que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;no hay&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;ninguna&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;edificación&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Y&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;comprobados los&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;archivos informáticos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;municipales&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;no&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;se localiza&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;ninguna solicitud&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de licencia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de obras&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Actualmente&lt;/span&gt;, dicho &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;emplazamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;está destinado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a aparcamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de coches&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;no está cerrado&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;pero sí&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;asfaltado”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;13. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;El 10&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de julio de 2013&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;el Consejero de Hacienda&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;y Presupuestos&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;a propuesta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;del Director General&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;del Tesoro&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Política Financiera&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;y Patrimonio&lt;/span&gt;, dictó &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;la resolución de inicio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;del expediente de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;reversión al Ayuntamiento&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de Palma&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;de Mallorca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;14. El 12 de julio de 2013, el Director General del Tesoro, Política Financiera y Patrimonio, dictó la resolución por la que se desafecta del dominio público y se desadscribe del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears el solar mencionado (BOIB nº 101, de 20 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15. Además, hay que considerar el resto de la documentación que consta en el expediente nº 210/2013, tramitado por el Servicio de Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Los artículos 61 y 62 de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del Patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº 49, de 24 de abril), y el resto de disposiciones aplicables concordantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Los artículos 124 a 127 del Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del Patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, aprobado por el Decreto 127/2005, de 16 de diciembre (BOIB nº 192 , de 24 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. El Reglamento de Bienes de las Entidades Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto 1372/1986, de 13 de junio (BOE nº 161, de 7 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. La Ley 33/2003, de 3 de noviembre, del Patrimonio de las Administraciones Públicas (BOE nº 264, de 4 de noviembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El Decreto 5/20113, de 2 de mayo, del Presidente de las Illes Balears, por el que se determina la composición del Gobierno y establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº 60 , de 2 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Decreto 7/2013, de 2 de mayo, del Presidente de las Illes Balears, por el que se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº 60, de 2 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8. El Decreto 15/2013, de 7 de junio, del Presidente de las Illes Balears&amp;nbsp; por el que se modifica el Decreto 6/2013, de 2 de mayo, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las Consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº 82, de 8 de junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9. El Decreto 35/2013, de 21 de junio, por el que se dispone el nombramiento del Director General del Tesoro, Política Financiera y Patrimonio de la Consejería de Hacienda y Presupuestos del Gobierno de las Illes Balears (BOIB nº 88, de 22 de junio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Propuesta de resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Propongo al Consejero de Hacienda que dicte una resolución en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Autorizar la reversión al Ayuntamiento de Palma de Mallorca de un solar de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.064,70&amp;nbsp;m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; ubicado en Son Ximelis,&amp;nbsp; -consta inscrito en el folio 224, del tomo 4207 del archivo, libro 1003 de Palma, sección VI, finca nº 65433, inscripción 1ª del Registro de la Propiedad nº 2 de Palma de Mallorca-, con referencia catastral 7236105DD6873E0001UR, cedido gratuitamente para construir un centro sanitario integrado dentro de la Zona Básica de Salud de Son Serra-La Vileta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;2. Notificar la Resolución al Ayuntamiento de Palma de Mallorca, al Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears y a la Consejería de Salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;3. Anotar esta reversión en el Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;4. Publicar la Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Contra esta Resolución -que agota la vía administrativa- se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el Consejero de Hacienda y Presupuestos en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, de acuerdo con los artículos 116 y 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala Contencioso Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses, contados desde el día siguiente de haberse publicado la resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 10.1 &lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt; y 46 de la Ley&amp;nbsp; 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; Contenciosa-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
