    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto que se desconoce el domicilio o ha sido imposible contactar vía correos con la personas interesadas y de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 59.4 de la Ley 4/1999, de modificación de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, del régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se comunica a las personas que se relacionan en el anexo adjunto que en fecha 16/5/2013 se dictó la propuesta de resolución del expediente que se instruye por presunta infracción de la normativa de transportes vigente, (artículos &lt;span lang=""&gt;47, 90, 141.31 i 140.1.9&lt;/span&gt; de la ley 16/87 de 30 de julio (LOTT), &lt;span lang=""&gt;41, 109, 198.31 i 197.1.9&lt;/span&gt; del ROTT) y que se encuentra a su disposición en el departamento de Movilidad y Proyectos del Consell Insular de Menorca, Pl. de la Biosfera, 5, 07703 – Maó, haciendo constar que:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La propuesta de resolución anterior es un acto de trámite no decisorio y, por lo tanto, no se puede interponer recurso. No obstante, las personas interesadas pueden formular alegaciones para oponerse, las cuales se tendrán que tener en cuenta en la resolución que ponga fin al procedimiento administrativo, sin perjuicio de la posibilidad de interponer el recurso que corresponda contra esta última resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
