 &lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Mediante la Resolución de la Consejera de Administraciones Públicas de 18 de junio de 2013 (BOIB núm. 195, de 22 de junio), se han aprobado las bases, el baremo de méritos y la designación de las comisiones técnicas de valoración del procedimiento para la provisión de puestos de trabajo del personal funcionario de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. Se han detectado errores materiales en el anexo 1 (bases de la convocatoria) de la indicada Resolución, referidos en la base 9 que hace referencia a los apartados del baremo de méritos, en el anexo 4 de la indicada Resolución, referidos a las características de algunos puestos de trabajo objeto de la convocatoria de provisión, y en la versión castellana del anexo 6 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: cambria math"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;(certificado para acreditar el requisito de experiencia de determinados puestos de trabajo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. El artículo 105.2 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, establece que las administraciones públicas pueden rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio oa instancia de las personas interesadas, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;2. El artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, dispone que la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponde al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con la propuesta del director general de Función Pública, Administraciones Públicas y Calidad de los servicios, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;1. Rectificar los errores materiales detectados en el anexo 1 (bases de la convocatoria), en el anexo 4 (Puestos de trabajo incluidos en la convocatoria de abastecimiento) y de la versión castellana del anexo 6 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: cambria math"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;(certificado para acreditar el requisito de experiencia de determinados puestos de trabajo) de la Resolución de la consejera de Administraciones Públicas de 18 de junio de 2013 (BOIB núm. 195, de 22 de junio), mediante la cual se aprobaron las bases, el baremo de méritos y la designación de las comisiones técnicas de valoración del procedimiento para la provisión de puestos de trabajo del personal funcionario de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. La rectificación de errores se adjunta como anexo de la Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;9.1. El baremo de méritos que debe aplicarse para resolver el concurso es el que figura en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;9.1.1. Los apartados 1 (grado personal), 2 (valoración del trabajo hecho en los puestos de trabajo ocupados en la Administración), 3 (antigüedad), 4.1 (conocimientos orales y escritos de la lengua catalana) y 5.2 (cursos de formación y perfeccionamiento superados en escuelas de Administración pública u homologados por éstas) de este baremo, hacen referencia a los méritos de necesaria consideración que prevé el artículo 13 del Reglamento de provisión de puestos de trabajo y promoción profesional del personal funcionario al servicio de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, aprobado por el Decreto 33/1994, de 28 de marzo. La valoración de estos méritos se adecua a la regulación que establece el artículo 14 del Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;9.1.2. Los apartados 4.2 (conocimientos de otras lenguas), 5.3 (otras acciones formativas), 6 (estudios académicos oficiales) y 7 (publicaciones) de este baremo, incluyen los otros méritos previstos en el artículo 15 del Reglamento cuya valoración adecua a las previsiones contenidas en los artículos 15 y 16 del Reglamento de provisión de puestos de trabajo. Estos méritos, en conjunto, no pueden superar un 35% de la puntuación máxima que se puede obtener por méritos de necesaria consideración en la correspondiente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;Debe decir&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La valoración de estos méritos se adecua a la regulación que establece el artículo 14 del Reglamento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
 &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"&gt;9.1.2. Los apartados 4.2 (conocimientos de otras lenguas), 5.3 (otras acciones formativas), 6 (estudios académicos oficiales) y 8 (publicaciones) de este baremo, incluyen los otros méritos previstos en el artículo 15 del Reglamento cuya valoración adecua a las previsiones contenidas en los artículos 15 y 16 del Reglamento de provisión de puestos de trabajo.
