&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-La convocatoria de ayudas económicas a entidades y asociaciones sin ánimo de lucro en materia de servicios sociales en el ámbito de Ibiza correspondiente al año 2013, por un importe de TRES CIENTOS OCHENTA Y DOS MIL EUROS (382.000 €), con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria nº 2300.48900 de los vigentes presupuestos de la Corporación, así como las bases que han de regir la citada convocatoria que seguidamente se publican.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;BASES DE AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS A ENTIDADES Y ASOCIACIONES SIN ÁNIMO DE LUCRO EN MATERIA DE SERVICIOS SOCIALES, PARA El AÑO 2013 EN LA ISLA DE IBIZA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es fijar los criterios y el procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas económicas dirigidas a apoyar a entidades y asociaciones de servicios sociales sin ánimo de lucro, para el año 2013, en la isla de Ibiza, de acuerdo con las características y los requisitos que se establecen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se excluye de esta convocatoria a las entidades y asociaciones de personas mayores sin ánimo de lucro que serán objeto de una convocatoria específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;No serán subvencionables en esta convocatoria los programas y/o proyectos relacionados con el ámbito de la prevención y/o tratamiento de las drogodependencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El presupuesto para esta convocatoria es de trescientos ochenta y dos mil euros (382.000€) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 2300.48900 del vigente presupuesto de la Corporación del ejercicio 2013, que se distribuirá según las modalidades que se detallan en la base cuarta de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se podrá subvencionar hasta el 75% del presupuesto total del proyecto presentado, siempre con el límite máximo de ayuda por entidad establecida para cada modalidad en la base cuarta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Personas beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Podrán solicitar subvención únicamente las entidades y asociaciones de servicios sociales sin ánimo de lucro que realicen las actividades, programas y proyectos que figuran en la base cuarta, y que cumplan los requisitos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Estar legalmente constituida desde al menos un año antes de la presentación de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- No tener ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Estar registradas en el Registro de Servicios Sociales previsto en la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares, o haber solicitado la inscripción y estar en condiciones de obtenerla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-Tener su domicilio social en Ibiza, tengan delegación o que habitualmente desarrollen sus actividades. También podrán solicitar esta subvención las entidades o asociaciones de lucha contra el cáncer con domicilio social en las Islas Baleares que ofrezcan acogida y apoyo psicosocial a residentes de la isla de Ibiza y sus familias cuando se tienen que desplazar en el Hospital de referencia de las Islas Baleares o a otro centro público de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares u otra comunidad autónoma para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de la enfermedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Disponer de la estructura y capacidad suficiente para garantizar el cumplimiento de la actividad para la cual se solicita la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones económicas con el Consejo Insular de Ibiza y de las otras obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social que estén impuestas por la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiario establecidas en el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el art. 10 de Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (de las Islas Baleares), aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Modalidades de las ayudas y actividades subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se establecen cinco modalidades de ayuda con la siguiente consignación presupuestaria para cada una. Serán objeto de subvención las actividades llevadas a cabo entre el día 1 de diciembre de 2012 hasta el día 31 de octubre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.1. Ayudas para entidades y asociaciones que trabajen en el ámbito de la salud mental (y que así se refleje en su objeto social en los estatutos). Consignación presupuestaria: 65.000€. La ayuda máxima que se puede recibir por entidad o asociación en esta modalidad se de 40.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.2. Ayudas para entidades y asociaciones que trabajen en el ámbito de personas con discapacidades (y que así se refleje en su objeto social en los estatutos). Consignación presupuestaria: 110.000€. Importe máximo por entidad o asociación en esta modalidad: 50.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.3. Ayudas para entidades y asociaciones que trabajen en el ámbito de enfermedades neurodegenerativas y otras demencias (y que así se refleje en su objeto social en los estatutos). Consignación presupuestaria: 105.000€. Importe máximo por entidad o asociación en esta modalidad: 72.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.4. Ayudas para entidades y asociaciones que trabajen en el ámbito de la lucha contra el cáncer (y que así se refleje en su objeto social en los estatutos). Consignación presupuestaria: 25.000€. Importe máximo por entidad o asociación en esta modalidad: 12.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.5. Ayudas a otras entidades y asociaciones de carácter sociosanitario o de los servicios sociales. Consignación presupuestaria: 77.000€. Importe máximo por entidad o asociación en esta modalidad: 40.000€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las diferentes modalidades son incompatibles entre sí, es decir, las diferentes entidades o asociaciones sólo podrán optar a una de las cinco líneas convocadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se excluirán de esta convocatoria los programas y/o proyectos relacionados en el ámbito de la prevención y/o tratamiento de las drogodependencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las actividades, programas o proyectos subvencionables dentro del ámbito de las modalidades señaladas, son los siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Rehabilitación psicosocial (cognitiva, habilidades sociales, intervención con familias, ocio y apoyo comunitario...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Atención domiciliaría (a familias e intervención en crisis)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Rehabilitación psicoeducativa (psicomotricidad, logopedia, autonomía, ocio...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Escuelas de verano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Programas de sensibilización y concienciación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Valoración y seguimiento neurológico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- Rehabilitación cognitiva y fisioterapéutica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Rehabilitación psicoeducativa y de prevención con niños con necesidades educativas especiales (estimulación psicomotora, logopedia, refuerzo educativo, asesoramiento a centros escolares y familias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Actividades o proyectos para favorecer la inserción social y laboral del colectivo de personas con discapacidad auditiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Proyectos formativos para personas con discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Atención, información, orientación, apoyo psicológico y asesoramiento individual y familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Actividades ocupacionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Programas de sensibilización y concienciación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Programas de ayuda a personas con enfermedad de cáncer y apoyo a sus familias en su tratamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Mantenimiento de la entidad o asociación para el desarrollo de sus finalidades (los gastos financieros, los gastos de asesoría jurídica o financiera y los gastos periciales para la realización del proyecto subvencionado y los de administración específicos serán subvencionables si están directamente relacionados con la actividad subvencionada y son indispensables para la adecuada preparación o ejecución de esta).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No serán gastos subvencionables, además de los supuestos establecidos en la Ley:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Adquisición de material para la celebración de actos dirigidos a la recaudación de fondos para la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Bebidas alcohólicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;-Gastos para actividades de ocio realizadas fuera de la isla de Ibiza, salvo aquellas que se originen por un desplazamiento (ida y vuelta) a la isla de Formentera y para las actividades que se realicen durante este desplazamiento, si es el caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el supuesto de que estas consignaciones presupuestarias para cada modalidad de ayuda no se agoten, la cantidad restante podrá incrementar las otras modalidades, según las necesidades a criterio de la comisión evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el presupuesto que presenten las asociaciones o entidades se podrá contabilizar el 100% de los gastos del personal que ofrece atención directo (auxiliares de ayuda a domicilio, fisioterapeutas, educadores y trabajadores sociales, psicólogos, etc), así como personal administrativo y personal de limpieza; y sólo hasta un máximo de un 25% del personal directivo y de gerencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En relación a formación del personal de estas entidades de servicios sociales, adscritos o vinculados a las actividades, programas o proyectos presentados, sólo podrán ser subvencionables gastos correspondientes a la matrícula de cursos relacionados con el proyecto hasta un máximo de 50% con un límite máximo de 300 euros por entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las actividades desarrolladas por entidades o asociaciones de lucha contra el cáncer con domicilio social en las Islas Baleares que ofrezcan acogida y apoyo psicosocial a residentes de Ibiza y sus familias cuando se tienen que desplazar en el Hospital de referencia de las Islas Baleares o a otro centro público de la CAIB u otra comunidad autónoma para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de su enfermedad serán subvencionadas en relación al número de personas atendidas en la isla de Ibiza respecto al total de beneficiarios en otros lugares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. Compatibilidad de las ayudas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las subvenciones que se otorguen de acuerdo con esta convocatoria son compatibles con las que puedan otorgar otras entidades públicas o privadas. El importe de las subvenciones en ningún caso puede ser de una cuantía tal que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes de subvención se formalizarán mediante instancia, según el modelo normalizado que figura como anexo 1 de esta&amp;nbsp; convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes se dirigirán a la Presidencia del CIE y se presentarán en el Registro General de la misma Institución (avenida de España, nº 49, planta baja, tel. 971-195900) o en cualquiera de las formas establecidas en el art. 38 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El plazo para la presentación de las solicitudes será de 20 días hábiles contadores a partir del día siguiente a su publicación en el BOIB; así mismo, esta convocatoria se anunciará en la página web del Consell (&lt;/span&gt;www.conselldeivissa.es&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;) &amp;nbsp;y se expondrá en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Ibiza. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las solicitudes de las asociaciones y entidades privadas irán acompañadas de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Documento que acredite que la persona solicitante es el representante legal de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Copia compulsada del documento nacional de identidad del/de la representante legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Copia compulsada de la tarjeta de identificación fiscal (CIF) de la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Copia compulsada del documento acreditativo de la inscripción de la entidad en el Registro correspondiente de Servicios Sociales previsto en la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares, o copia compulsada de la solicitud de inscripción, en caso de estar en situación de trámite, o declaración responsable de estar&amp;nbsp; inscrito o de haber solicitado la inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Copia compulsada de los estatutos debidamente legalizados, en los cuales tendrá que constar explícitamente la inexistencia de ánimo de lucro así como el ámbito territorial de la entidad o asociación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Presupuesto detallado de ingresos y gastos del proyecto para el cual se solicita la subvención, según modelo normalizado que figura como anexo 2 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Proyecto explicativo de la actividad para la cual se solicita subvención, siguiendo las indicaciones que constan en el modelo que figura como anexo 3 de esta convocatoria. Además de los datos que figuran en el mencionado modelo la entidad o asociación podrá ampliar el proyecto presentado en aquellos aspectos que considere pertinentes para que puedan ser tenidos en cuenta y valorados por la comisión evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Memoria de actividades del último año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Declaración responsable firmada por el representante legal de la entidad de no estar sometida a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de entidad beneficiaria de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en el art. 10 del texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (de las Islas Baleares), aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, según modelo normalizado que figura como anexo 4 de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Certificado de estar en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado, o declaración responsable otorgada ante autoridad administrativa competente o notario público de estarlo. Se podrá autorizar al Consejo Insular para conseguir esta documentación. Así como certificado de estar en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias o de otro tipo ante el CIE. En su caso, se puede autorizar el CIE para que pueda conseguir esta documentación, según modelo que figura como anexo 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Declaración responsable en que se hagan constar todas las subvenciones o las ayudas obtenidas o solicitadas para la misma finalidad de cualquier ente público o privado, si procede, o una declaración expresa de no haber solicitado ninguna, de acuerdo con el modelo que consta como anexo 6. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Certificado del secretario/a de la secretaria de la entidad o asociación en el cual se haga constar que se dispone de la estructura y capacidad suficiente para garantizar el cumplimiento de la actividad para la cual se solicita la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- El impreso TG-002 de solicitud de transferencia bancaria, expedido necesariamente a nombre de la entidad o asociación beneficiaria de la ayuda y sellado por la entidad bancaria (podréis encontrar este documento en el Departamento de Sanidad y Bienestar Social o en la Tesorería del CIE o en la página web de la institución: www.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Cualquier otra documentación que la entidad o asociación considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las asociaciones y/o entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro que hayan presentado en este Consejo cualquiera de estos documentos en virtud de anteriores convocatorias de subvenciones, en materia de acción social, sólo tendrán que aportar la documentación que sea necesario actualizar o renovar, siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de cinco años desde que la documentación fue presentada y se señale la fecha y el órgano ante el cual se presentó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El CIE puede solicitar, además, toda la documentación complementaria que considere necesaria para evaluar correctamente la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si la instancia o documentación presentadas fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el CIE requerirá la rectificación o los complementos necesarios, que tendrán que aportarse en el plazo de diez días hábiles, a partir del correspondiente requerimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si en este plazo las personas interesadas no hacen la rectificación reclamada o no presentan la documentación requerida, el Consejo Insular de Ibiza considerará que desisten de su petición, después de haber tomado la resolución pertinente, de acuerdo con el art. 71.1 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. Procedimiento de concesión de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dadas las características de estas subvenciones de benestar social, en esta convocatoria se procederá al prorrateo, entre los beneficiarios de la subvención, del importe global máximo destinado a cada modalidad, (y con el límite máximo previsto), atendiendo a los criterios de valoración y distribución en la base siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8. Criterios de valoración y distribución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los criterios objetivos que tienen que regir el otorgamiento de la subvención son los siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a) En cuanto al proyecto o actividad presentados, se valorarán hasta un máximo de 15 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- La coherencia entre objetivos, actividades, programación y calendario. Hasta 4 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- El equilibrio entre medios técnicos, recursos humanos, medios materiales y económicos necesarios. Hasta 4 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- El número de personas beneficiarias, la mejora de sus condiciones de vida personal o familiar, promoción social y laboral. Hasta 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- La coordinación con las diversas redes de servicios sociales, públicos o privados. Hasta 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Que se prevea una evaluación de resultados. Hasta 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-Que presente un plan de difusión detallado de las actividades. Hasta 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Las actividades desarrolladas por entidades o asociaciones de lucha contra el cáncer con domicilio social en las Islas Baleares que ofrezcan acogida y apoyo psicosocial a residentes en Ibiza y sus familias cuando se tienen que desplazar en el Hospital de referencia en las Islas Baleares o a otro centro público de la CAIB u otra comunidad autónoma para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de su enfermedad serán valoradas en relación al número de personas atendidas en la isla de Ibiza, este criterio será el prioritario. En segundo lugar se valorarán las actividades desarrolladas en la isla de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En relación a las asociaciones de ámbito de la isla de Ibiza se valorará especialmente el apoyo y la ayuda que ofrezcan a las personas afectadas que se tienen que desplazar fuera de la isla de Ibiza para recibir tratamiento médico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b) En cuanto a la entidad, se valorarán hasta un máximo de 6 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;- La capacidad de gestión de la entidad: estructura suficiente y medios necesarios. Hasta 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Esfuerzo organizativo, tanto desde el punto de vista humano, como estructural y/o económico desplegado para el desarrollo del programa de actividades. Hasta 1,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- La experiencia previa de gestión en programas sociales iguales o similares. Hasta 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Que disponga de certificaciones de calidad. Hasta 1 punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Que incorpore medidas de transparencia en su gestión. Hasta 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Que disponga de personas voluntarias y de un plan de voluntariado. Hasta 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) En cuanto a las necesidades&amp;nbsp; objeto del proyecto o actividad, se valorarán hasta 6 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Que responda a una necesidad real claramente identificada. Hasta 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Que las actividades a desarrollar sean de evidente interés social, y complementen y/o suplan programas y actuaciones dentro del ámbito de la acción social. Hasta 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Otros aspectos a considerar. Se valorarán hasta 3 puntos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Otros aspectos a destacar que pueda valorar la Comisión en el proyecto presentado. La Comisión evaluadora tendrá que explicitar cuales han sido las cuestiones valoradas. Hasta 3 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La puntuación mínima exigida para poder optar a una subvención es de 10 puntos y la puntuación máxima será la suma de los parciales y podrá llegar hasta los 30 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Valoradas todas las solicitudes y puntuadas por la Comisión evaluadora según los criterios de valoración señalados, la consignación presupuestaria correspondiente a cada modalidad se repartirá de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;A cada entidad o asociación con derecho a subvención se le adjudicará un determinado porcentaje del presupuesto total de la solicitud presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Este porcentaje será proporcional a la puntuación obtenida por cada entidad o asociación atendiendo el hecho que aquella que obtenga más puntos obtendrá, inicialmente, un porcentaje del 75% de su presupuesto, con las limitaciones señaladas en la base 4 por modalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si una vez hecha todas las propuestas de subvención, la cuantía total supera el presupuesto previsto en la modalidad correspondiente, se procederá a reducir proporcionalmente todas las subvenciones. En caso contrario se procedería a subirlas, hasta el límite máximo que se puede recibir por asociación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En todos los casos, la subvención concedida no podrá superar la cuantía máxima establecida por modalidad ni la cantidad solicitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para el pago de la subvención concedida se tendrá que justificar la cantidad total presupuestada que se ha tenido en cuenta a la hora de otorgar la subvención. Si la cantidad justificada es inferior a la presupuestada, la cuantía de la ayuda se reducirá en la misma proporción. Este hecho podrá ser tenido en cuenta como demérito para la próxima convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las ayudas no generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras subvenciones en ejercicios posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9. Instrucción, resolución y notificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.1. El órgano instructor es el Departamento de Sanidad y Bienestar Social del CIE que tiene que llevar a cabo las actuaciones a que se refieren el art. 24 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y el art. 16 y siguientes del Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y tiene que formular la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.2. Se crea una comisión evaluadora, formada por los siguientes miembros: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Presidente/a: Hble. Sra. Mercedes Prats Serra, consejera ejecutiva del Departamento Sanidad y Bienestar Social del CIE. Sustituto: Hble. Sr. Álex&amp;nbsp; Minchiotti Fábregas, consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Economía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La comisión evaluadora es el órgano colegiado a quien corresponde examinar las solicitudes presentadas y emitir un informe que tiene que servir de base para la elaboración de la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9.3. El órgano competente para resolver estas ayudas es el Consejo Ejecutivo del CIE, a propuesta de la Consejera Ejecutiva del Departamento de Sanidad y Bienestar Social. En la propuesta se expresará la lista ordenada de beneficiarios para los cuales se propone la subvención y su cuantía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los expedientes se resolverán en un plazo máximo de tres meses a contar desde la finalización del plazo de presentación de las solicitudes a que se refiere esta convocatoria. Transcurrido este plazo sin que se haya dictado resolución expresa, la solicitud se tiene que entender desestimada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La resolución expresa de concesión de subvenciones será motivada y fijará con carácter definitivo la cuantía de las subvenciones concedidas. La resolución se notificará individualmente en el plazo máximo de 10 días contadores a partir del día siguiente a la adopción de la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los acuerdos del Consejo Ejecutivo no agotan la vía administrativa y se podrá interponer recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno del Consejo Insular de Ibiza en el plazo de un mes contador a partir del día siguiente de la notificación, todo de acuerdo con los artículos 107, 114 y 115 de la Ley 30/1992, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, en relación con el art. 22.2 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10. Obligaciones de las entidades beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias de las subvenciones estarán obligadas a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Llevar a cabo la actividad subvencionada que fundamenta la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Justificar debidamente la realización de la actividad, como también el cumplimiento de los requisitos y de las condiciones que determinen la concesión de la subvención. En este sentido se presentará una memoria explicativa&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; de las actividades subvencionadas junto con la justificación económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación, seguimiento e inspección que pueda efectuar el CIE, y aportar toda la información y documentación que le sea requerida en el ejercicio de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d) Comunicar al CIE la solicitud o la obtención de otras subvenciones para la misma finalidad procedentes de cualquier administración o entidad pública o privada, nacional o internacional. Esta comunicación tiene que hacerse en el plazo de diez días hábiles a contar a partir de la solicitud o la obtención de la subvención concurrente y, en todo caso, antes de justificar la aplicación que se haya dado al fondo percibido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;e) Comunicar al CIE cualquier eventualidad que altere o dificulte el desarrollo de la actividad subvencionada, para que se pueda proceder, si procede, a modificar el contenido y la cuantía de la actividad subvencionada, la forma y los plazos de ejecución o la justificación de los correspondientes gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;f) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos percibidos, con inclusión de los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;g) Reintegrar los fondos percibidos en los supuestos previstos legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;h) Adoptar las medidas de difusión relativas al carácter público de la financiación de la actividad objeto de subvención. A tal efecto, tiene que incluir de forma visible el apoyo del CIE en todos los elementos publicitarios de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;i) El CIE podrá inspeccionar las actividades subvencionadas, sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponderle, por normativa legal o reglamentaria, a otros organismos o instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para conceder la ayuda y, en cualquier caso, la obtención de subvenciones incompatibles, puede dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Así mismo, también quedan sometidas a todas aquellas otras obligaciones que se deriven del mencionado Decreto legislativo 2/2005 y de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y su Reglamento, aprobado por el Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio (BOE nº 176, de 25 de julio de 2006), en todo aquello que estén de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;11- Pago de la subvención y justificación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El pago de la ayuda que se conceda se efectuará un vez se haya justificado debidamente el 100% de la subvención, que deberá de hacerse antes del 10 de noviembre de 2013, y se haya emitido informe técnico favorable del Departamento de Sanidad y Bienestar Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para justificar debidamente los gastos subvencionables se deberá aportar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Facturas justificativas, debidamente relacionadas y con expresión de la vinculación al proyecto (o programa, taller o actividad concreta) objeto de la subvención, de los gastos originados como consecuencia de la ejecución de la actividad objeto de subvención (emitidas &lt;/span&gt;a partir del día 1 de diciembre de 2012, hasta el 31 de octubre de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En el caso de facturas de gasolina, deberán ir relacionadas con los vehículos que utilicen las entidades debidamente identificados con su matrícula y que estén expresamente señalados en el proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-Para aquellas facturas que estén sujetas a otras subvenciones y por cualquier motivo que lo aconseje, los justificantes originales presentados se marcarán con una estampilla indicando la subvención para la justificación de la cual ha sido presentada, y si el importe del justificante se imputa total o parcialmente a la subvención. En este último caso, se indicará además la cuantía exacta que resulte afectada por la subvención. Después, se aceptará la copia cotejada de esta factura estampillada, sujeta a otras subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Se aceptarán recibos acompañados de un contrato o un acuerdo como justificativos del objeto de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Se aceptarán nóminas originales en el supuesto de que se justifiquen gastos correspondientes al personal contratado por la entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;-Se podrá imputar gastos de seguridad social de los trabajadores contratados por la empresa, en estos casos, tendrán que presentar los correspondientes recibos de liquidación &lt;/span&gt;de cotizaciones originales TC1, TC2 y el correspondiente resumen detallado de las nóminas de los trabajadores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Memoria justificativa de las actividades llevadas a cabo, donde se incluirán el número de personas usuarias atendidas dentro del programa/proyecto, debidamente identificadas, respetando la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal, i demás normativa aplicable en esta materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Balance de ingresos y gastos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Asimismo, en la justificación final se deberá de presentar una declaración responsable de la Presidencia de la entidad que los fondos percibidos han estado aplicados íntegramente al objeto de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La suma de las facturas y otros documentos justificativos tiene que ser igual al presupuesto de proyecto presentado. Si es inferior, se procederá a reducir la cantidad subvencionada proporcionalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Para el pago de la subvención se podrá solicitar cualquier otra documentación o informes técnicos que los servicios del Consejo Insular de Ibiza consideren adecuados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La gestión del proyecto o actividad, las buenas prácticas en el trabajo realizado, la adecuación y coherencia entre el proyecto presentado y su realización, la transparencia y adecuada justificación podrán ser tenidas en cuenta como mérito o demérito para la siguiente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;12. Revocación de las ayudas concedidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De acuerdo con el que dispone el artículo 43 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, se tiene que revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, el beneficiario incumpla totalmente o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los cuales está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención. En tal caso, quedará sin efecto el acto de concesión, totalmente o parcialmente, y se reintegrarán las cantidades percibidas indebidamente además del interés de demora correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;13. Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables será el establecido en el título IV de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y en el título V del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Todo esto sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades penales o civiles en que se pueda incurrir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;14. Régimen jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;-Declaración responsable firmada por el representante legal de la entidad de no estar sometida a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinen la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de entidad beneficiaria de las subvenciones públicas recogidas en el artículo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;artículo 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones. Según modelo normalizado que figura como anexo IV de esta convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;-Certificado de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social delante de la Administración del Estado, y las obligaciones tributarias o de otro tipo delante el Consell Insular de Eivissa. Cuando esta acreditación no se pueda expedir por la autoridad competente podrá ser sustituida por una declaración responsable otorgada delante notario público. En su caso, se puede autorizar el Consell Insular de Eivissa para que pueda conseguir esta documentación, según modelo que figura com a anexo IV.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;-Documento TG-002, de cuenta bancaria, expedido necesariamente a nombre de la persona beneficiaria de la ayuda y sellado por la entidad bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;-Certificado del secretario/secretaria de la entidad o asociación donde conste:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;-Número total de personas atendidas y número total de personas atendidas de Eivissa en caso que sean entidades o asociaciones con domicilio social a las Illes Balears que ofrezcan acollida y soporte psicosocial a residentes de Eivissa y sus families cuando se tengan que desplazar al Hospital de Son Dureta o a otro centro públic para el diagnóstico y tratamiento de su enfermedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;-Disponer de la estructura y capacidad suficiente para garantizar el cumplimiento de la activat para la cual se solicita la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
