    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No habiendo sido posible la notificación por correo ordinario, se notifica a los titulares de los vehículos que a continuación se relacionan, causa que sus vehículos estuvieron&amp;nbsp; estacionados por un período superior a un mes en el mismo lugar y presentaban desperfectos que hacían imposible su desplazamiento por sus propios medios, de conformidad con el artículo 86 1. de la &amp;nbsp;Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre, por el cual se modifica el texto articulado de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos de Motor y Seguridad Vial, aprobado por el&amp;nbsp; Real Decreto Legislativo 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, por el presente se le requiere para que&amp;nbsp; en un termino de UN MES proceda a la retirada del vehículo indicado, adviertiendo que si no lo hace se procederá al trato de su vehículo como&amp;nbsp; residuo sólido urbano, siendo de aplicación lo dispuesto en la vigente&amp;nbsp; Ley 22/2011 de residuos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Igualmente se hace saber que si no és de su interés la retirada del vehiculo, solo quedará exento de responsabilidad administrativa si lo cede a un gestor de residuos autorizado o si lo entrega a este&amp;nbsp; Ayuntamiento. Para ello, deberá personarse&amp;nbsp; en el término indicado, en la dependencias de la Policía Local para formalizar los trámites correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
