&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Intentada, sin efecto, la notificación de disciplina urbanística efectuada al domicilio de notificaciones, y dado que no se ha podido practicar por ignorarse el domicilio o no haberse encontrado la persona interesada que se relaciona, se procede, en cumplimiento de lo que establece el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Publicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común – BOE DE 27 DE NOVIEMBRE-, a la Publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears de la presente notificación por la que se informa del Decreto de Alcaldía de fecha 29.07.2013, resolviendo el expediente de Infracción Urbanística 35/2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Según lo dispuesto en el Art. 61 de la Ley 30/92, se publica únicamente una breve indicación del contenido de la resolución, y que se encuentra en las dependencias del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa, Plaza de España, núm. 1, departamento de Urbanismo, donde el interesado o la persona representante, debidamente acreditada, podrá comparecer, en el plazo de diez días, contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación del presente edicto en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, para su conocimiento íntegro del citado acto y constancia de tal conocimiento, en horario de de 8.30 h a 14.00 h, de lunes a viernes, excepto festivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-layout-grid-align: none"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;Así mismo, se advierte al interesado que, de no comparecer en el citado plazo, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales desde el día siguiente al vencimiento del plazo señalado por comparecer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
