&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;“SENTENCIA&amp;nbsp; N. 265/2011&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 30 de noviembre de 2.011&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Vistos por Dª Mª Isabel Frade Hevia, Magistrada-Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia número cuatro de Palma de Mallorca y su partido, los presentes autos de juicio ordinario seguidos ante este Juzgado bajo el número 615/2.009, a instancia de Dª CECILIA ROYO ANCISO y D ANTONIO DE LA PEÑA representados por el Procurador/a Sr./a PERELLÓ ALORDA y defendidos por el/a Letrado/a Sr./a FELIÚ AMENGUAL contra D JEP ANDRE LAPONNEL y JANINA ISABELLE LAPONNEL, en situación de rebeldía procesal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;FALLO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Que estimo la demanda presentada por &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Dª CECILIA ROYO ANCISO y D ANTONIO DE LA PEÑA contra D JEP ANDRE LAPONNEL y JANINA ISABELLE LAPONNEL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;, condenando a estos últimos a que abonen a los actores la cantidad de 12.877,42 €uros, con expresa imposición de costas a los demandados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Modo de impugnación: mediante recurso de APELACIÓN, ante la Audiencia Provincial, que se interpondrá por medio de escrito presentado ante este juzgado en el plazo de VEINTE DIAS hábiles, contados desde el siguiente de la notificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Es requisito para su admisibilidad la constitución de un único depósito de 50 euros, tal y como exige la Disposición Adicional Decimoquinta de la LOPJ (BOE 04/11/09), que deberá ingresarse en la cuenta de depósito y consignaciones de este Juzgado indicando que se hace concepto de “recurso”. Así lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;PUBLICACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;.- Leída y publicada ha sido la anterior resolución por la Sra. Magistrada-Juez que la suscribe, estando celebrando audiencia pública en el día de la fecha. Doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;DILIGENCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;: Seguidamente se procede a cumplimentar la notificación de la anterior resolución. Doy fe.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Que en virtud de lo acordado en los autos de referencia, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 156.4 y 164 de la LEC por el presente se NOTIFICA&lt;/span&gt; a JEP ANDRE LAPONNEL y JANINA ISABELLE LAPONNEL.&lt;/p&gt;
