&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Hace saber: Que intentada dos veces la notificación individual a los obligados tributarios, según consta en sus respectivos expedientes, sin que haya sido posible realizarla por causas no imputables a esta Administración Municipal, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 112 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, y 59.4 de la Ley de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, modificada por la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, mediante este anuncio se cita a los interesados o a sus representantes para que en el término de 15 días naturales a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, comparezcan en el expediente administrativo&amp;nbsp; que se sigue, con la finalidad de ser notificados de los actos administrativos incluidos en la relación anexa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Procedimiento&lt;/em&gt;: Notificación liquidaciones periodo voluntario de ingreso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Órgano competente&lt;/em&gt;: Departamento de Gestión Tributaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lugar y horario de comparecencia&lt;/em&gt;: Recaudación Municipal, calle Mariano Riquer Wallis, 4 bajos, de Santa Eulària des Riu, de 8:30 a 14 horas de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Advertencia&lt;/em&gt;: Transcurrido el término de quince días naturales, contados a partir del siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, sin haber comparecido el interesado o persona que le represente para recibir la notificación, se&amp;nbsp; entenderá producida la misma a todos los efectos legales el día&amp;nbsp; siguiente al del vencimiento del plazo señalado de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo&amp;nbsp; 112.2 &amp;nbsp;de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
