    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo previsto en la legislación vigente, se publica la siguiente resolución de alcaldía de fecha 15 de julio de 2013:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local y el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, aprobado por RD 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, y la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;SE DISPONE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Efectuar los nombramientos que se relacionan seguidamente de concejales delegados y representantes personales de esta Alcaldía en los diferentes núcleos de población de este municipio, a los efectos de asistencia a esta Alcaldía y Junta de Gobierno Local, sin facultades resolutorias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;REGIDORS DELEGATS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1º. Bárbara Xamena Bordoy: Turismo y Playas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2º. Antoni Matas Blanch: Servicios Sociales, Infraestructuras Municipales, Servicios Generales y Participación Ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3º. Miguel Vidal Bauzá: Deportes, Juventud y Trabajo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4º. Miguel Contestí Burguera: Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5º. María Pons Monserrat: Salud, Tercera Edad, Policía Local, Protección Civil, Guarderías e Igualdad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6º. Francisca Vidal Servera: Cultura y Educación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7º. María del Pilar Más Seguí: Urbanismo y Obres Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8º. Bartomeu Obrador Barceló: Comercio, Industria, Transporte y Fiestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;REPRESENTANTS PERSONALS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
