    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El 23 de julio de 2013 la presidenta del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales ha dictado la resolución siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“Resolución de rectificación de error material detectado, de acuerdo con la resolución del 11 de julio de 2013 de la presidenta del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales de aprobación de la convocatoria del Premios del Consejo de Mallorca a la Solidaridad 2013, los edictos enviados al, BOIB para su publicación,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con la resolución de aprobación de la convocatoria del Premios del Consejo de Mallorca a la Solidaridad 2013 que dicté el 11 de julio de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con los errores detectados a los edictos correspondientes para su publicación que fueron enviados al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Consideraciones jurídicas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atendido el que se prevé al artículo 105.2 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, las Administraciones Públicas podrán, también, rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo esto, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resuelvo:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la rectificación del error material observado en su punto 9 de la convocatoria del Premios Consejo de Mallorca a la Solidaridad 2013 (BOIB 13804 Fascículo 177), a que se ha hecho mención más arriba, para que, &lt;strong&gt;allá donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“9. El jurado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El jurado está integrado miedo las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sr. Bartomeu Márquez Coll, coordinador del Área de Personas cono Discapacidad del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, que actuará como presidente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sr. Rafael Romero Ferrer, director general de Servicios Sociales ( CAIB)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sra. Antònia Maria Estarellas Torrens, directora general de Cooperación e Inmigración ( CAIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sra. Aina Ferriol Fuente, concejala del Área Delegada de Bienestar Social e Igualdad del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sr. Miquel Oliver Trobat, Profesor de la UIB. Experto en el ámbito de la cooperación universitaria para el desarrollo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sr. David Oliver Ramón, periodista de IB3 Radio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sr. Martín Rogert Pascual, vicepresidente de la asociación Siloé.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sr. Alfonso Jaume Campomar, presidente de la asociación &amp;quot; Dentistas Sobre Ruedas&amp;quot;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sr. Enric Gonyalons Sureda, cooperando mallorquín.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Esta resolución no pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra ella se puede interponer, de acuerdo con el artículo 27.2 de los Estatutos del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales, aprobados por el Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca en fecha 9 de febrero de 2012 ( BOIB núm. 28, de 21 de febrero), recurso de altura ante el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, dentro del plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la presente resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de altura podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente al de la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de altura podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstante el anterior, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualquiera otro recurso que se estime pertinente. Todo esto en conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa, y de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
