&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOY FE Y TESTIMONIO:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Que con fecha de&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;en las presentes actuaciones que se siguen en este Órgano judicial&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;ha recaído sentencia del siguiente tenor literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;SENTENCIA Nº&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;23/13&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;En Inca, a 26 de marzo de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Doña Ana Isabel García-Galbis Sevilla, Juez del Juzgado de Instrucción número Dos de los de esta ciudad, examinadas la actuaciones ha dictado las siguiente sentencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Han sido vistos en juicio verbal y público los autos del&amp;nbsp;JUICIO DE FALTAS Nº 1127/2012,&amp;nbsp;seguidos por unaFALTA DE INJURIAS&amp;nbsp;en el que han sido partes: como denunciante, Laura Rengel Morillo; y como denunciado, Aziz El Khadraoui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Ha intervenido el Ministerio Fiscal en la persona de D. Javier Martínez Ferre ejerciendo la acción pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;FALLO&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Que debo ABSOLVER y ABSUELVO a D. Aziz El Khadraoui de la falta de injurias por la que había sido denunciado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Se declaran de oficio las costas del presente procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Notifíquese la presente resolución a las partes haciéndoles saber que contra la misma cabe RECURSO DE APELACIÓN a interponer en este juzgado en el plazo de los cinco días siguientes a su notificación, y que se formalizará conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 790 a 792 de la Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal y será resuelto por la Audiencia Provincial de Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Concuerda bien y fielmente con su original al que me remito y para que sirva de notificación mediante su publicación en el BOIB a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Aziz El Khadraoui en ignorado paradero, extiendo y firmo el presente testimonio en INCA, a tres de Abril de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
