    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En la sesión de día 22 de marzo del 2013, el Consejo de Gobierno aprobó los planes estratégicos de subvenciones de las consejerías y las entidades de derecho público que dependen de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, de acuerdo con el artículo 6.1 del Texto Refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Estos planes prevén el marco general de las subvenciones susceptibles de ser convocadas a lo largo del año 2013 por los órganos competentes de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma, de las entidades autónomas y del resto de las entidades de derecho público que dependen de las mismas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los planes estratégicos fueron publicados en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 40, de 23 de mayo de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Consejería de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio ha instado la modificación de su Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones, que consta en el anexo 5 del citado acuerdo, en concreto con respecto a dos líneas de la Dirección General de Arquitectura y Vivienda. Así, se aumenta el importe de las subvenciones en materia de vivienda (adquisición, rehabilitación y arrendamiento de viviendas) y se añade una línea de ayudas en materia de protección y conservación del patrimonio cultural de las Illes Balears, con el cofinanciamiento de un 50&amp;nbsp;% con cargo al programa operativo FEDER 2007-2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por todo ello, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta del consejero de Salud, adopta el siguiente acuerdo: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Consejería de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio, contenido en el anexo 5 del Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 22 de mayo del 2013, en el que se incrementa el importe de una línea de subvenciones en materia de vivienda y se añade otra cuyo objetivo es la protección y la conservación del patrimonio cultural de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DESCRIPCIÓN:&lt;/strong&gt; convocatoria de subvenciones para que las entidades locales de las Illes Balears previstas en el programa operativo FEDER 2007/2013 lleven a cabo acciones en materia de gestión de residuos domésticos e industriales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— Pagos directos: &lt;strong&gt;PAC.&lt;/strong&gt; Primas directas por cultivo, a la actividad ganadera, prima nacional y autonómica a las ayudas de frutos de cáscara y prima complementaria para vacas nodrizas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;— Pagos directos: &lt;strong&gt;OCM&lt;/strong&gt;. Plan Nacional Apícola, ayudas a productores de frutas y hortalizas prereconocidas y a la reestructuración y reconversión de viña, y ayudas al consumo de leche y fruta en los colegios, y promoción del vino en terceros países. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBJETIVOS Y EFECTOS:&lt;/strong&gt; crear un modelo de mercado orientado a fomentar las producciones en función de la demanda, y también producir velando por el cumplimiento de las normas establecidas en materia de bienestar animal, seguridad y calidad alimentaria y protección del medio ambiente. Por ello, se desagregarán las ayudas a la producción y se condicionarán al cumplimiento de las normas mencionadas. También se pretende favorecer la comercialización y la competitividad de los productos, de profesionales del sector agroalimentario, financiar el cambio de determinadas producciones o la reconversión de tierras o explotaciones, dada la demanda de la producción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;COSTE pagos directos PAC: &lt;/strong&gt;22.816.739,98 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primas directas para cultivo y a la actividad ganadera:&lt;/strong&gt; 22.815.739,98 € serán aportados por la UE (financiación 100 % UE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Frutos de cáscara: &lt;/strong&gt;500,00 € por el Ministerio y 500,00 € por la CAIB (financiación 50 % Ministerio – 50 % CAIB)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Prima complementaria para vacas nodrizas: &lt;/strong&gt;1,00 € y pendiente de la aportación del Ministerio según aprobación por la Conferencia Sectorial (financiación 100 % Ministerio)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;COSTE pagos directos OCM: &lt;/strong&gt;725.254,02 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ayudas directas a las OCM: 692.543,02&lt;/strong&gt; € serán aportados por la UE (financiación 100 % UE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Plan Nacional Apícola:&lt;/strong&gt; 32.711,00 €, de los cuales 21.050,00 € serán aportados por la UE, 11.661,00 € por la CAIB y el resto pendiente de la aportación del Ministerio según aprobación por conferencia sectorial (financiación 50 % UE - 25 % CAIB – 25 % Ministerio)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En relación con la parte aportada por el Ministerio, estas cantidades son las aprobadas mediante conferencias sectoriales y los porcentajes que aporta la CAIB se determinan en la convocatoria de cada línea y es obligatoria la cofinanciación para un importe igual al aportado por el Ministerio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OBJETIVOS Y EFECTOS:&lt;/strong&gt; dar apoyo al sector pesquero para superar los retos de la nueva situación económica, fomentar la explotación de los recursos de la pesca sostenible desde el punto de vista ecológico y rentable desde el punto de vista económico, mantener la actividad pesquera en las regiones donde hay pocas alternativas económicas y ofrecer al consumidor productos de la pesca diversificada y de calidad. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;COSTE:&lt;/strong&gt; 1.400.000,00 €, de los cuales 537.500,00 € serán aportados por el FEP, 321.500,00 € por el Ministerio, y 541.000,00 € por la CAIB. Estas cantidades son las aprobadas en el Fondo Europeo de Pesca (los porcentajes están previstos en este Programa y es obligatoria la cofinanciación)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
