    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La presidenta, en fecha 25 de julio de 2013, ha resuelto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;quot;El día 24 de julio de 2013 la Sra. Joaquina Ibáñez Ripoll, secretaria técnica de Medio Ambiente, ha presentado la renuncia al cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h1&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h1&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el artículo 30 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobado por el Pleno día 2 de julio de 2001 (BOIB nº. 102, de 25 de agosto) y modificado día 8 de marzo de 2004 (BOIB nº. 38, de 16 de marzo), día 28 de julio de 2008 (BOIB nº. 113, de 14 de agosto), día 13 de octubre de 2011 (BOIB nº. 158, de 20 de octubre) y día 14 de febrero de 2013 (BOIB nº. 86, de 18 de junio de 2013), se dispone que corresponde a la Presidencia nombrar y separar a las personas que tienen que ocupar los cargos de directores insulares y secretarios técnicos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por lo tanto, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Aceptar la renuncia de la secretaria técnica de Medio Ambiente, la señora Joaquina Ibáñez Ripoll, con efectos de día 25 de julio de 2013, y agradecerle los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Comunicar que, de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en el art. 6 de) del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca, tiene que presentar las declaraciones de bienes y de actividades que le corresponde hacer con motivo del cese&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Disponer que, transitoriamente y mientras no se nombre una persona para ocupar la Secretaría Técnica de Medio Ambiente, las funciones serán asumidas por el Sr. Miquel Barceló Llompart, secretario técnico de Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Notificar esta resolución a las personas interesadas y publicar el contenido en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
