    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antoni Servera Servera,&amp;nbsp; alcalde presidente del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), ha resuelto mediante el decreto de la Acaldía núm. 853/2013,&amp;nbsp; de 25 de junio, lo siguiente:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dada la renuncia al cargo de Alcalde, José Barrientos Ruiz, aceptada por el Pleno del Ajuntament, en sesión de fecha 11 de junio de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Visto el nombramiento del nuevo Alcalde, Antoni Servera Servera, que tuvo lugar en sesión plenaria del pasado 17 de junio de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hace necesaria la modificación del decreto de atribuciones y en uso de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;D E C R E T O:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Modificar el Decreto núm. 822/2011, en el seguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.-&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; Designar regidor responsable del área municipal de &lt;em&gt;Esports i Participació Ciutadana&lt;/em&gt;,&amp;nbsp; a José Barrientos Ruiz. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.- La Alcaldía se reserva las áreas municipales de &lt;em&gt;Medi Ambient, Agricultura, Caça i Pesca&lt;/em&gt;, así como todas aquellas atribuciones no delegables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/strong&gt; El contenido de las diferentes áreas, gestionaran la materias que se relacionan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Servicios de limpieza, recogida de residuos y parques verdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Jardines públicos: mantenimiento del verde urbano y torrentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Coordinación del personal de jardinería municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Calidad de las aguas. Depuradora. Aguas de baño. Relaciones con la IBASAN. Aguas de consumo humano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Educación, información ambiental y medidas y campañas de concienciación ciudadana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Energías renovables y optimización energética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Relaciones con el IBANAT.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Animales de compañía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Protección y recuperación del medio natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Promoción y recuperación del medio agrícola ganadero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Caza y pesca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Agenda 21 Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Mantenimiento de caminos rurales. Coordinación con otras instituciones de la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 10px"&gt;- Acciones contra incendios forestales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/td&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las facultades que se delegan en los puntos anteriores son las de dirección, inspección y gestión de las funciones propias de las áreas, sin tener la facultad de dictar actos administrativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Del presente decreto se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ajuntament y se publicará en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
