    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por el hecho de ignorarse el domicilio o no haber podido localizar a los destinatarios, se notifica a través de este edicto a las personas relacionadas a continuación, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común (modificada por la&amp;nbsp; Ley 4/1999), que han resultado deudores por los conceptos y cantidades que se indican y que por tal motivo se les han expedido las liquidaciones que se detallan en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.4 de la mencionada Ley 30/1992 se les informa que dichas liquidaciones se entenderán notificadas el día de su publicación en este Boletín Oficial y que podrán efectuar el ingreso en el periodo voluntario según lo establecido en el Art. 20 del Reglamento General de Recaudación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las notificaciones efectuadas entre los días 1 al 15 de cada mes, hasta el día 20 del mes siguiente o hábil inmediato posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las notificaciones efectuadas entre los días 16 y último de mes, hasta el día 5 del segundo mes posterior o hábil inmediato posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Podrán efectuar el ingreso con el documento de pago que se encuentra a su disposición en el Negociado de Recaudación de Ports de les Illes Balears (C/ Vicente Tofiño núm 36 de Palma , teléfono: 902 – 024 444), en la entidad bancaria BBVA Banco Bilbao Vizcaya 0182 – 5747 – 43 – 0201504528, por el concepto indicado en el pie de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Finalizado el período de pago voluntario sin que se haya efectuado el ingreso, el cobro se hará por&amp;nbsp; vía ejecutiva, con los cargos que éstos conlleven.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra dichas liquidaciones, que no ponen fin a la vía administrativa, podrán interponer, con carácter potestativo, recurso de reposición ante el Consejo de Administración de Ports de les Illes Balears o directamente reclamación económica administrativa ante la Junta Superior de Hacienda, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde la publicación de este edicto i de acuerdo con lo que disponen los artículos: art. 28 de la Ley de Finanzas de la CAIB 1/2005, de 24 de junio; artículos 223 y 235 de la Ley&amp;nbsp; 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre , General Tributaria y Decreto 49/2006, de 2 de junio (BOIB núm. 83 de 10/06/06). Así mismo comunicándoles que la resolución de la Junta Superior de Hacienda agota la vía administrativa y&amp;nbsp; que no podrán&amp;nbsp; simultanear ambos recursos sin que la interposición de los mismos suspenda la ejecución del acto impugnado, excepto en los casos previstos legalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
