    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 55.1 del EBEP, la disposición adicional&amp;nbsp; primera &amp;nbsp;del mismo texto legal i la Base Cuarta&amp;nbsp; de las Bases específicas del procedimiento selectivo para la provisión mediante interinidad de una plaza de Responsable de Organización y Recursos Humanos, personal funcionario del Ayuntamiento de Sant Antoni de Portmany, se hace público el decreto de la Alcaldía núm. 1574F/2013 de 18 de julio de 2013:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“Una vez transcurrido el plazo previsto para la presentación de instancias para tomar parte en el concurso - oposición para la provisión en régimen de interinidad de la plaza de Responsable de RRHH y Organización del Ayuntamiento de San Antonio, funcionario interino, grupo A2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 3.1pt; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; - Aprobar la siguiente lista provisional de admitidos, excluidos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
