&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. El 25 de marzo de 2013, entró en el Registro de la Consejería de Administraciones Públicas, con nº de registro 3921/2013, un oficio del Jefe del Departamento por delegación del Secretario Adjunto y Director de la Secretaría de la Junta de Gobierno de Palma, en virtud del Decreto nº 22.906 de 1 de diciembre de 2011 (BOIB nº 187, de 15 de diciembre), en el que expone el incumplimiento de la condición resolutoria de la cesión gratuita del Ayuntamiento de Palma a favor de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears de una porción de terreno en Son Ximelis -ref. catastral nº&amp;nbsp; 7236105DD6873E0001UR-, para construir una unidad básica de salud con la condición resolutoria de destino al uso previsto en el plazo de cinco años.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. El 24 de julio de 2002, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Palma, en sesión ordinaria, adoptó el Acuerdo de ceder gratuitamente a la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears un solar de 1.064 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;, en la barriada de Son Roca, calificado en el vigente Plan General de Ordenación Urbana de Palma como EQ4A, con nº 3-0-P, y ubicado en la confluencia de las calles del Cap del Pinar, del Cap Blanc y del Cap de Formentor. La cesión se hizo con la finalidad única y exclusiva de destinar el solar unidad básica de salud, dependiente de la zona básica de salud de Son Serra-La Vileta, para mejorar la cobertura asistencial del barrio de Son Roca. Si el solar en cuestión no se destinaba al uso previsto en un plazo de cinco años, o posteriormente dejaba de usar en él, debía considerarse revocada la cesión y el solar debía revertir en el Ayuntamiento con todas las pertenencias y accesiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. El 22 de junio de 2005, el Consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, mediante resolución, autorizó la aceptación de la cesión gratuita que había hecho el Ayuntamiento de Palma a favor de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears de un solar de 1.064,70 m&lt;sup&gt;2&lt;/sup&gt;, en la barriada de Son Roca, para construir un centro sanitario integrado dentro de la zona básica de salud de Son Serra-La Vileta (BOIB nº 103, de 9 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. El 14 de octubre de 2005, se formalizó la cesión en la escritura de cesión gratuita autorizada por el notario Julio Trujillo Zaforteza, con el nº de protocolo 3.592.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;5. &amp;nbsp;El 14 de octubre de 2005, se anotó la cesión gratuita en el Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears con el nº 100000002290.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;6. El 17 de noviembre de 2005, el Director General de Patrimonio dictó la Resolución de afectación al dominio público y de adscripción del solar mencionado al Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 179, de 29 de noviembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. El 28 de noviembre de 2005, se inscribió el dominio de la finca registral nº 65.443 de Palma a favor de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en el folio 224, del tomo 4.207 del archivo, libro 1.003 del Ayuntamiento de Palma, sección VI, inscripción 1ª, del Registro de la Propiedad de Palma nº 2, con sujeción al derecho de reversión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;8. El 29 de abril de 2013, entró en el Registro de la Consejería de Administraciones Públicas, con nº. de registro 5.545, un oficio de la Secretaría General de la Consejería de Salud en el que exponía que se podía cumplir la solicitud del Ayuntamiento de Palma de Mallorca, que el solar se le revertiera, dado que no se construiría el centro sanitario para lo que fue cedido, ya que el centro de salud Son Serra-La Vileta cubre las necesidades asistenciales, en el ámbito de atención primaria y urgencias, de la población de la barriada de Son Roca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;9. El 10 de julio de 2013, el Consejero de Hacienda y Presupuestos, a propuesta del Director General del Tesoro, Política Financiera y Patrimonio, dictó la resolución de inicio del expediente de reversión al Ayuntamiento de Palma de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;10. &amp;nbsp;Además, hay que considerar el resto de la documentación que consta en el expediente nº 252/2013, tramitado en el Servicio de Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;1. Desafectar del dominio público y desascribirlo del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares el solar con referencia catastral 7236105DD6873E0001UR y nº de Inventario 100000002290, para que revierta al Ayuntamiento de Palma de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Notificar esta Resolución al Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares (Ib-salut) y a la Consejería de Salud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Anotar el contenido de esta Resolución en el Inventario General de Bienes y Derechos de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el &amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51)"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el Consejero de Hacienda y Presupuestos en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, de acuerdo con el artículo 115 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
