&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;tenencia de animales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Emisora: RCS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Asunto: notificación mediante boib&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que no ha sido posible notificar el acuerdo sancionador por el incumplimiento de la establecido de al artículo 26.3 b7 y 26.3 b1 de la Ordenanza municipal de tenencia de animales, procedemos a notificarlo de acuerdo con lo que determina el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común a las personas que se detallan en el anexo adjunto, haciendo constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primero. Sancionar el señor E.J.M con DNIX3689919 con una multa de 301 euros cada una, como responsable:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- De una falta de carácter grave tipificada en el artículo 26.3 B7, de la ordenanza municipal de tenencia de animales, que establece: &amp;quot;Mantener a los animales en condiciones higiénicas y sanitarias no adecuadas o que supongan molestias para los vecinos u otras personas, y el incumplimiento del resto de normativa del artículo 4 &amp;quot;, por la que se propone una sanción de 301 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- De una falta de carácter grave tipificada en el artículo 26.3 B1 en relación con el artículo 46.2 e) de la Ley 1/1992, de 8 de abril de 2012, protección de los animales que viven en el entorno, que establece: &amp;quot;La no vacunación o la no realizacion tratamientos sanitarios obligatorios&amp;quot;, por la que se propone una sanción de 301 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo. Conceder un plazo de 15 días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha de notificación de esta Resolución al Sr.. E.J.M para presentar la documentación de la vacunación obligatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tercero. Requerir a la Policía Local para que realice el control del cumplimiento de la normativa sanitaria de vacunación del animal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Características animal: nombre del animal: Jack, raza: mestizo, número de chip: 941000013291748, color: marrón claro, sexo: macho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cuarto. - Notificar la presente Resolución al interesado ya la policía local.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Notifica que una vez transcurrido el plazo de pago en periodo voluntario sin haberse efectuado el pago, se incurrirá en el racàrrec ejecutivo del 5%, y se iniciará el procedimiento de apremio con los recargos, intereses de demora y costas que correspondan (art. 28, 163 y siguientes de la Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución se puede interponer un recurso de reposición ante el Alcalde en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 14 del texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales (Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
