    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Pleno del Ajuntament en sesión ordinaria, celebrada el día 13 de junio de 2013, en el punto nº 10 del orden del día, tomó el acuerdo siguiente, por 15 votos a favor de los grupos municipales PP (10) y PSOE (5); 5 votos en contra de los grupos municipales PSM (4) y &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;UPCM&lt;/span&gt; (1), y 1 voto de abstención del grupo municipal &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;UPCM&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar inicialmente la modificación de los artículos de la Ordenanza municipal reguladora de los horarios de establecimientos de la oferta turística complementaria, espectáculos públicos y actividades recreativas del municipio de Ciutadella de Menorca de esta localidad, que se dirán a continuación y en el siguiente &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;sentido&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Modificar el horario de cierre de las terrazas de los establecimientos del grupo A regulado en el artículo 3.1 b), que quedará redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(35, 31, 32)"&gt;b) Zona pla de Sant Joan, desde el puente de sa Colàrsega (zona de ocio)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Añadir la frase “&lt;em&gt;o la normativa vigente de aplicación en materia de actividades que la &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;substituya&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;” en todos los artículos donde se hace referencia a la Ley 16/2006, de 17 de octubre, de régimen jurídico de las licencias integradas de actividad de las Illes Balears, concretamente a los artículos 6.4.1, 6.4.2 y 7.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Abrir el trámite de información pública y audiencia a las asociaciones vecinales y de defensa de personas consumidoras y usuarias establecidas en el municipio, por un plazo de treinta (30) días hábiles, mediante anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;), en uno de los periódicos de más circulación de la provincia, y en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación, para que &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;puedan&lt;/span&gt; examinar el expediente y formular las reclamaciones, objeciones y observaciones que &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;consideren&lt;/span&gt; convenientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/strong&gt;Si, durante el plazo otorgado, no se &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;hubiesen&lt;/span&gt; presentado reclamaciones o sugerencias, el acuerdo inicialmente adoptado se entendería definitivamente aprobado sin necesidad de nuevo acuerdo expreso.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por lo que os comunico que la ordenanza correspondiente estará expuesta al público por un período de 30 días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente edicto en el &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;BOIB&lt;/span&gt;, a los efectos de presentación de reclamaciones por parte de los interesados; todo esto de acuerdo con lo establecido en el art. 49 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local y el art. 102 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
