    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Dado que no ha sido posible notificar el acuerdo sancionador por incumplimiento del establecido al artículo 26.3 B16 del Ordenanza municipal de tenencia de animales, se procede a notificarlo a las personas que&amp;nbsp;se detallan&amp;nbsp;al anexo adjunto&amp;nbsp;de acuerdo con el que determina el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común y se hace constar que con esta publicación se los notifica que se ha dictado el acuerdo siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;quot;Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2013-0052, de fecha 21 de enero de 2013 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primero. Sancionar el señor M. A. L con DNIX0124428K con una multa de 301 euros, como responsable de una falta de carácter por incumplimiento del establecido al artículo 26,3 B16, del Ordenanza municipal de tenencia de animales, publicada en el BOIB número 74, de fecha 21 de junio de 2001, que establece: “La circulación por las vías públicas de una animal con la consideración de perdido” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo. Notificar la presente Resolución al interesado.” &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Os notifico que una vez transcurrido el plazo de pago en periodo voluntario sin haberse efectuado el pago, se incurrirá en el recargo ejecutivo del 5%, y se iniciará el procedimiento de constreñimiento con los recargos, intereses de demora y costas que correspondan (arte. 28, 163 y siguientes de la Ley 58/2003 General Tributaria). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra esta Resolución se puede interponer un recurso de reposición ante la alcadesa en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 14 del Texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales (Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
