    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se hace público que mediante la Resolución de Alcaldia núm. 228, de dia 19 de junio de 2013, se dictó lo seguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“Haciendo uso de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local, el Real decreto legislativo 781/86, de 18 de abril, y otra legislación concordante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Puesto que se considera conveniente que el concejal Pedro Pons Huguet asuma las gestiones del área de deportes, que hasta ahora asumía directamente el Alcalde,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primero. DELEGAR en el concejal PEDRO PONS HUGUET, la gestión ordinaria del área definida de DEPORTES, que comprende todas las facultades inherentes a la misma, salvo la de dictar actos administrativos que afecten a terceros. Esta delegación se hace de los asuntos que hagan referencia a los servicios que seguidamente se relacionan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;DEPORTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Colaboración con las entidades deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Instalaciones deportivas municipales. Gestión y mantenimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Pruebas y competiciones deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Gestión de planes supramunicipales que afecten a la política deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Personal y coordinación deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo. COMUNICAR este acuerdo al señor Pedro Pons Huguet para su conocimiento y efectos pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tercero. PUBLICAR este acuerdo en el BOIB para general conocimiento.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
