    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo que se dispone en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se procede mediante esta publicación a la formal notificación, a la Associació Club Segona i Tercera Edat &amp;quot;Caminam Plegats&amp;quot;, que el Consejo Ejecutivo fecha 15 de mayo de 2013 ha adoptado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;quot;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; - Iniciar el expediente para la declaración de la pérdida del derecho al cobro de la subvención concedida, en la convocatoria de subvenciones por el mantenimiento y actividades socioculturales de las asociaciones de gente mayor para el año 2011, por falta de justificación del total de la subvención concedida, a las asociaciones y por los importes (diferencia entre los documentos contables &amp;quot;D&amp;quot; y&amp;quot;O&amp;quot;) que se detallan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;y consiguientemente dejar sin efecto los correspondientes documentos contables de disposición de gasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;. - Nombrar como instructor de este procedimiento al secretario técnico de la Vicepresidencia de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;. - Notificar este acuerdo a las asociaciones interesadas y concederles un plazo de quince días para que alegue o presente los documentos que estime pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto&lt;/strong&gt;. - Notificar este acuerdo a la Intervención General del Consell de Mallorca.&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Este acuerdo no pone fin a la vía administrativa y contra él se puede interponer, de acuerdo con los artículos 10 y 22 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares, recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno, dentro del plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente en el de la notificación de este acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente en el de la notificación de la desestimación del mencionado recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de alzada podrá interponerse recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta (tres meses desde la interposición del recurso sin que se haya notificado la resolución).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;No obstante&amp;nbsp;lo anterior, se puede ejercitar, si es el caso, cualquier otro recurso que se estime oportuno. Todo eso de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa Administrativa, y de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Lo cual os comunico para que tengáis conocimiento y a los efectos oportunos.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
