    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con el acuerdo del Pleno Ordinario de fecha 27 de junio 2013, por medio del presente anuncio se efectúa convocatoria del procedimiento abierto para la contratación de las obras del ‘Proyecto del edificio para usos turísticos y socioculturales y adecuación de espacios libres en el Caló de s’Oli, Cala de Bou, TM Sant Josep’.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el art. 188.3 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, se exponen al público los pliegos aprobados, mediante este anuncio en el BOIB, concediendo un plazo de 10 días para la presentación de alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Simultáneamente se anuncia la licitación condicionada la misma a lo dispuesto en el artículo 188.3 de la Ley 20/2006 de 15 de diciembre, municipal&amp;nbsp; y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares, conforme a los siguientes datos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Mejoras sobre las instalaciones de audio, vídeo y escénicas al auditorio y sales polivalentes según separata del proyecto (30 puntos). Se darán 30 puntos a la propuesta que ofrezca la totalidad de las mejoras establecidas en la separata y el resto de propuestas se calcularan proporcionalmente en función del precio establecido en dicha separata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Otras mejoras (20 puntos): Se puntuará con 20 puntos la mejora que más alto se haya presupuestado por el licitador y el resto proporcionalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Únicamente serán valoradas las que se consideren de interés por el Ayuntamiento para el desarrollo del proyecto y del entorno que no estén contempladas en el presente pliego.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Reducción del plazo de ejecución (hasta 10 puntos). Por cada mes de reducción se asignarán 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Reducción del plazo de garantía (hasta 10 puntos): por cada año de ampliación del plazo de garantía se darán 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4to. Presupuesto base de licitación:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
