&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Lugar de ejecución: termino municipal de Inca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;c) Plazo de la concesión: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;30 años&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- Tramitación y procedimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Tramitación: Ordinaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Procedimiento: Abierto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.- Canon a cargo de la empresa concesionaria. Se establecen los siguientes cánones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Un canon inicial fijo que será como mínimo de dos millones de euros, mejorable por las empresas licitadoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Un canon anual variable a partir de la finalización del tercer año de concesión, que consistirá en un mínimo del 4 % del importe de la tarifa anual facturada por el servicio de agua sin IVA, también mejorable por las empresas licitadoras en sus propuestas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;5.- Garantía provisional: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;50.000&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt; euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- Garantía definitiva: &lt;/strong&gt;1.200.000 euros con las reducciones previstas en el pliego hasta llegar a la cantidad de 250.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="western"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9.- Presentación de las ofertas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Fecha límite de presentación: veintiséis días a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación en el BOIB del presente anunció de licitación, y de las nueve a las catorce horas. En caso de que el último día fuese sábado o festivo se entenderá prorrogado el día hábil siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Canon fijo: a partir de 2.000.000 €. Hasta 50 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Canon variable. Hasta 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;2.- Aspectos técnicos de la oferta. Y entre ellos se consideran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Memoria de Gestión del Servicio: hasta a 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Metodología de gestión y mejora del servicio: 4 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Herramientas de gestión: 2,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Avance del Plan de Sostenibilidad y gestión de la demanda de agua: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Plan de gestión del servicio de saneamiento y pluviales: 2 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Plan de gestión y lectura de contadores: 1 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Gestión del ciclo comercial y atención al cliente: 1 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Medios personales adscritos al Servicio: 0,5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Medios materiales y técnicos adscritos al Servicio: 0,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Plano de regularización administrativa de las instalaciones del servicio (captaciones, depósitos y redes de distribución): 0,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Implantación de certificaciones del Servicio. Gestión de la Calidad, Riesgos Laborales y Gestión ambiental: 0,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 120px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Acciones previstas para la utilización de agua no tratada y no potable para el riego de zonas verdes y riego de vías públicas: 0,5 puntos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Avance del Plan Director del Servicio: hasta a 15 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 80px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c) Otras mejoras del Servicio: hasta a 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p class="western" lang="ca-ES"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.- Gastos de anuncios:&lt;/strong&gt; serán a cargo del adjudicatario hasta un máximo de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;1.385&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;-Euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
