    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Toda vez que no han podido efectuarse las notificaciones de pagos de recibos por tasas de la grúa municipal. De acuerdo con el artículo 59.4 y 61 de la Ley 30/1192 de 26 de noviembre sobre Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común con el presente ANUNCIO se comunica a las personas que más abajo se relacionan su contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Con motivo de la actividad de la grúa municipal como consecuencia de la circulación rodada, según Ordenanza Fiscal en vigor, que puede consultar en www.marratxi.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Conforme al Texto Refundido de las Haciendas Locales aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 de 5 de marzo, por la presente se notifica al interesado/da que debe satisfacer a la Hacienda Municipal, el importe indicado en&amp;nbsp; la presente notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Lo que se le comunica conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 58 de la Ley 30/92 de 26 de noviembre de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común para que en el plazo de QUINCE DÍAS HÁBILES contados a partir de la recepción/publicación de esta notificación, formule, si lo considera oportuno, el escrito de descargo ante el Sr. Alcalde, adjuntando o proponiendo las pruebas que considere oportunas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
