    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vista la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 7 de febrero de 2012 por la cual se regulan las pruebas de acceso a los ciclos formativos de formación profesional del sistema educativo en las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 22, de 11 de febrero).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vista la disposición final primera de la Orden mencionada, que autoriza a la Directora General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional para que dicte las instrucciones necesarias para la ejecución, para el despliegue y para la concreción de esta Orden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;De conformidad con la normativa indicada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Aprobar las instrucciones por las cuales se concretan aspectos sobre la organización de las pruebas que dan acceso a los ciclos formativos de grado superior de formación profesional del sistema educativo, en segunda convocatoria para el año 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Incluir estas instrucciones como Anexo 1 de esta Resolución. El Anexo 2 especifica los contenidos, la estructura y la duración de las pruebas de grado superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Detallar el calendario de las actuaciones correspondientes a las pruebas de acceso a ciclos formativos de grado superior, en el Anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Especificar las especialidades docentes de los profesores que tienen que actuar como vocales de las comisiones evaluadoras, en el Anexo 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Indicar los c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;ertificados y los títulos que eximen de hacer la prueba de lengua extranjera del idioma correspondiente, de acuerdo con el Marco Común Europeo de Referencia para las Lenguas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; en el Anexo 5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Indicar las exenciones de la prueba de acceso a ciclos formativos de grado superior y la documentación que lo acredita, en el Anexo 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Convocar las pruebas de acceso a los ciclos formativos de grado superior de formación profesional del sistema educativo, en los términos que figuran en las instrucciones que se incluyen como Anexo 1 de esta Resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h2&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Establecer que esta Resolución entra en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;h2&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h2&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer recurso de alzada ante la Consejera de Educación, Cultura y Universidades en el plazo de un mes a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 115 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, y el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Objeto y ámbito de aplicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Estas instrucciones concretan los aspectos necesarios para&lt;/span&gt; desarrollar la prueba de acceso a los ciclos formativos de grado superior de formación profesional que se tienen que hacer en centros públicos de las Illes Balears en esta convocatoria extraordinaria, de conformidad con la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 7 de febrero de 2012 por la cual se regulan las pruebas de acceso a los ciclos formativos de formación profesional del sistema educativo en las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Requisitos de los aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se pueden inscribir las personas que no reúnen ningún otro requisito que permita acceder directamente al ciclo de grado superior que les interesa cursar, y que cumplen alguna de las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ol start="1" style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cumplir diecinueve años o más durante el año 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cumplir dieciocho años durante el año 2013 y estar en posesión de un título de Técnico de la misma familia profesional que el ciclo de grado superior que les interesa cursar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ol&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que hayan superado con anterioridad la prueba de acceso a ciclos de grado superior de formación profesional, tengan o no calificación numérica, y las que tengan la exención de hacer todas las partes de la prueba, se pueden volver a presentar con la finalidad de mejorar la calificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 18pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el caso de querer mejorar la calificación, se puede repetir toda la prueba o sólo una de las partes de ésta. En caso de que sólo se repita una de las partes, la otra parte de la cual no se examine tiene que estar superada o exenta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Plazo de inscripción a las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El periodo de inscripción a las pruebas de acceso de grado superior es del 1 al 9 de julio de 2013, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Centros que tienen que hacer las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las pruebas de acceso a ciclos de grado superior de formación profesional se tienen que hacer, únicamente, en los centros que se indican a continuación, y son los únicos que pueden hacer las pruebas de acceso a los ciclos de grado superior en esta convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ul style="list-style-type: circle"&gt; 
   &lt;li style="margin-left: 18pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;IES Alcúdia (Alcúdia): prova per accedir als cicles de l’opció d’humanitats i ciències socials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li style="margin-left: 18pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;IES Berenguer d’Anoia (Inca): prova per accedir als cicles de l’opció d’humanitats i ciències socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li style="margin-left: 18pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;IES Calvià (Calvià): prova per accedir als cicles de l’opció d’humanitats i ciències socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

   &lt;li style="margin-left: 18pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;IES Isidor Macabich (Eivissa): prova per accedir als cicles de l’opció de ciències i tecnologia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La inscripción se tiene que hacer en el mismo centro donde se hace la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cuando una persona esté interesada en presentarse a una prueba que se hace en un centro situado en una isla diferente de aquella donde vive, puede presentar la solicitud y la documentación que tenga que adjuntar en el IES autorizado para hacer la prueba de acceso que tenga más cerca. Este IES tiene que compulsar las copias de los documentos que se adjuntan a la solicitud y tiene que enviar, por fax, al centro en que se solicita hacer la prueba, una copia de la solicitud y de la documentación que se adjunta. Una vez finalizado el plazo de admisión de solicitudes para hacer la prueba, tiene que enviar al centro mencionado los originales de las solicitudes y de la documentación que se adjunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Excepcionalmente, la Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional puede autorizar que una persona haga la prueba de acceso a ciclos formativos de grado superior en un centro público diferente a los establecidos en este artículo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La inscripción está sujeta al pago de las tasas que se establecen en &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;la Resolución del vicepresidente económico, de Promoción Empresarial y de Empleo de 18 de marzo de 2013 (BOIB núm. 43, de 30 de marzo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La tasa para la inscripción para hacer las pruebas de acceso a los ciclos formativos de grado superior (incluida la expedición del certificado que acredita que se ha superado la prueba) es de 32,34 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Están exentos del pago de esta tasa las personas que se presenten a las pruebas en situación de desempleo, las personas con una discapacidad igual o superior al 33% y los miembros de familias numerosas, siempre que lo soliciten en el centro prestamista del servicio y acrediten documentalmente su situación en el momento de la inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El importe de la tasa se tiene que devolver en caso de que la persona solicitante no sea admitida a las pruebas convocadas. La solicitud de devolución se tiene que presentar en el plazo de veinte días naturales a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de la relación definitiva de personas admitidas y excluidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Formalización de la solicitud de inscripción&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La solicitud de inscripción se tiene que formalizar por duplicado en el impreso oficial, que tienen que facilitar todos los centros educativos públicos que hacen pruebas de acceso a ciclos formativos de grado superior de formación profesional en esta convocatoria. También se puede encontrar el modelo en la página web de Formación Profesional (&lt;/span&gt;&lt;a href="http://formacioprofessional.caib.es"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;http://formacioprofessional.caib.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;). En esta solicitud se tiene que manifestar a qué ciclo o a qué opción de ciclos interesa acceder. También se tiene que indicar en qué idioma se quiere el enunciado de la prueba (catalán o castellano) y se tienen que escoger las dos materias optativas de que se tiene que examinar en la parte específica de la prueba. Si se escoge examinarse de una segunda lengua extranjera como materia optativa de la parte específica de la prueba, debe escogerse entre el alemán o el francés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tienen una parte de la prueba superada y desean que se le tenga en cuenta la calificación de esta parte, lo deben hacer constar en su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que ya tienen la prueba superada y se presentan para subir nota, si quieren que se le tenga en cuenta la exención de una de las partes o la calificación de una de las partes ya superada, lo tienen que hacer constar en su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En la solicitud mencionada, se tiene que adjuntar la documentación que sea de aplicación de entre todas las que figuran en el artículo 6 de estas instrucciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que, por sus condiciones, necesiten una adaptación de las condiciones en que se tiene que realizar la prueba, lo tienen que hacer constar en su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Documentación para acreditar los requisitos de inscripción para hacer la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para acreditar el pago de la tasa correspondiente se tiene que aportar el documento de ingreso modelo 046. El código del concepto por &amp;nbsp;esta tasa es el P40.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para acreditar la exención del pago de estas tasas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ol start="1" style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que estén en situación de desempleo tienen que aportar el Informe de periodo ininterrumpido inscrito en situación de desempleo, emitido por el Servicio de Empleo (SOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas con una discapacidad igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;% tienen que aportar el certificado que acredita el tipo y el grado de discapacidad que tienen, expedido por un organismo oficial competente en materia de asuntos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que acrediten ser miembros de familias numerosas tienen que aportar el título o certificado expedido al efecto por el órgano competente, de conformidad con lo que prevé la Ley 40/2003, de 18 de noviembre, de protección a las familias numerosas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ol&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para acreditar el requisito de edad se tiene que aportar original y copia del documento oficial de identificación de que se disponga (DNI, pasaporte...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para acreditar que no se tiene otro requisito para el acceso directo al ciclo se tiene que aportar declaración jurada que no se tiene ningún otro requisito que permite el acceso directo a los ciclos formativos de grado superior, de conformidad con el modelo que la Consejería tiene que entregar a todos los centros que hacen las pruebas y que también se encuentra en la página web (http://formacioprofessional.caib.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Documentación que tienen que aportar, además, las personas que tienen determinados requisitos que les permiten presentarse a la prueba de acceso a ciclos formativos de grado superior o que les permiten estar exentos de hacer una parte de la prueba. Se tiene que presentar el original y la copia de cada documento para que el centro receptor lo compulse:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ol start="1" style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se tiene como condición para inscribirse tener dieciocho años y tener el título de Técnico en un ciclo formativo de grado medio de la misma familia profesional que el ciclo de grado superior al cual se quiere acceder, se tiene que aportar el título de Técnico en grado medio, o bien el resguardo de haber hecho el pago para obtenerlo, o bien una certificación de estudios completos (incluido el módulo Formación en centros de trabajo) del ciclo formativo de grado medio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte común de la prueba por haber superado una prueba de acceso que da acceso a ciclos de grado superior diferentes de aquél que se quiere cursar, se tiene que aportar el certificado que lo acredite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte común de la prueba por haber superado la parte común de una prueba de acceso de carácter general a las enseñanzas deportivas de régimen especial de grado superior o a las formaciones deportivas de nivel III, se tiene que aportar el certificado que lo acredite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte común de la prueba por haber superado la parte general de una prueba de acceso en el grado superior de las enseñanzas profesionales de artes plásticas y diseño, se tiene que aportar el certificado que lo acredite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte común de la prueba por haber superado la prueba general de acceso a las enseñanzas artísticas superiores de grado de diseño, grado de arte dramático y grado de música, se tiene que aportar el certificado que lo acredita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte común de la prueba por haber superado una prueba de acceso a módulos profesionales del nivel 3 (MP3), se tiene que aportar el certificado que lo acredita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte específica de la prueba para tener un título de Técnico en un ciclo de grado medio de la misma familia profesional que el ciclo de grado superior que les interesa cursar, se tiene que aportar el título de Técnico en grado medio, o bien el resguardo de haber hecho el pago para obtenerlo o bien una certificación de estudios completos (incluido el módulo Formación en centros de trabajo) del ciclo formativo de grado medio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte específica de la prueba por tener un título de Técnico auxiliar de FP&amp;nbsp;1 de la misma familia profesional que el ciclo de grado superior que les interesa cursar, se tiene que aportar el título de Técnico auxiliar de FP&amp;nbsp;1, o bien el resguardo de haber hecho el pago para obtenerlo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte específica de la prueba por haber superado un módulo asociado a una unidad de competencia, el cual forma parte del ciclo de grado superior al cual interesa cursar, se tiene que aportar el certificado que lo acredite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte específica de la prueba por tener un certificado de profesionalidad de nivel 2 o superior, relacionado con el ciclo de grado superior al cual interesa cursar, se tiene que presentar el certificado que lo acredita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte específica de la prueba por tener acreditadas unas o más unidades de competencia del ciclo de grado superior al cual se quiere acceder, se tiene que presentar el certificado que lo acredita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte específica de la prueba por tener experiencia laboral suficiente, se tiene que presentar la Resolución que concede la exención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se solicita la exención de hacer la parte específica de la prueba de acceso a los ciclos de grado superior de la familia profesional de Actividades físicas y deportivas, por ser deportista de alto nivel o alto rendimiento, se tiene que presentar el boletín oficial que justifica que se forma parte de las listas de deportistas de alto nivel o alto rendimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los deportistas de alto rendimiento que se encuentran en el Centro de Tecnificación Deportiva de las Illes Balears, los cuales no salen publicados en ningún boletín oficial, si quieren solicitar la exención de hacer la parte específica de la prueba de acceso a los ciclos de grado superior de la familia profesional de Actividades físicas y deportivas, tienen que presentar la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
    &lt;ul style="list-style-type: circle"&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Certificado emitido por la Escuela Balear del Deporte en que se haga constar que la persona interesada forma parte de un programa de tecnificación deportiva del Centro de Tecnificación Deportiva de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Certificado emitido por la Federación de las Illes Balears o por la Federación Española mediante el cual se haga constar que la persona interesada se encuentra en posesión de una licencia deportiva homologada o emitida por una federación deportiva española.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
    &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li style="list-style-type: circle"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tengan la exención de la evaluación de la lengua catalana porque tienen el certificado de nivel B2 de catalán o equivalente, o un nivel superior de conocimientos de lengua catalana, lo tienen que aportar durante el periodo de inscripción. Si lo han solicitado y no lo tienen todavía, lo tienen que entregar a los miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora el mismo día de la prueba. No se pueden admitir los certificados que se presenten con posterioridad al día de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tengan la exención de la evaluación de la lengua catalana obtenida de conformidad con lo que se determina en la normativa vigente, lo tienen que aportar durante el periodo de inscripción. Si no la tienen todavía, lo tienen que entregar a los miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora el mismo día de la prueba. No se pueden admitir las resoluciones que conceden esta exención que se presenten con posterioridad al día de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tengan la exención de la evaluación de la lengua extranjera de la parte común porque tienen el certificado del nivel básico (A2) de las escuelas oficiales de idiomas, o equivalente, del idioma correspondiente, o un nivel superior, la tienen que aportar durante el periodo de inscripción. Los certificados que eximen de hacer la prueba de lengua extranjera de la parte común son los que aparecen en el Anexo 5, en el epígrafe de inglés y a partir del nivel A2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tengan la exención de la evaluación de la segunda lengua extranjera de la parte específica de la opción de humanidades y ciencias sociales (alemán o francés) porque tienen el certificado del nivel básico (A2) de las escuelas oficiales de idiomas, o equivalente, del idioma correspondiente, o un nivel superior, la tienen que aportar durante el periodo de inscripción. Los certificados que eximen de hacer la prueba de la segunda lengua extranjera de la parte específica de la opción antes mencionada son los que aparecen al Anexo 5, en el epígrafe del idioma correspondiente (alemán o francés) y a partir del nivel A2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tengan la exención de hacer alguna de las materias que forman parte de la prueba porque tienen superada la materia correspondiente de segundo de bachillerato o de la prueba libre de bachillerato, tienen que presentar el certificado que lo acredita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ol&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tengan alguna parte de la prueba de acceso superada, y solicitan que la calificación de esta parte se tenga en cuenta para el cálculo de la calificación final de la prueba, tienen que aportar el certificado que acredita la parte superada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que solicitan la adaptación de las condiciones en que se tiene que realizar la prueba, porque pueden acreditar que tienen necesidades educativas especiales o dificultades específicas de aprendizaje (dislexia, disortografía, disgrafía, discalculia...), tienen que aportar alguno de los documentos que figuran a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ul style="list-style-type: circle"&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Certificado oficial que acredita el tipo y el grado de discapacidad que se tiene, emitida por un organismo oficial competente en materia de asuntos sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dictamen de escolarización emitido por el Departamento de Orientación o por los equipos de orientación educativa y psicopedagógica con el visto bueno del Departamento de Inspección Educativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Informe emitido por el Departamento de Orientación o por los equipos de orientación educativa, para las dificultades específicas de aprendizaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Informe emitido por asociaciones de reconocida experiencia, para las dificultades específicas de aprendizaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Informe emitido por un profesional colegiado que esté atendiendo las dificultades específicas de aprendizaje de la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 18pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los documentos que acrediten las dificultades específicas de aprendizaje deben estar actualizados, por lo que su fecha de expedición y firma debe ser posterior al 1 de enero de 2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 18pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional tiene que comunicar a cada uno de los centros que hacen la prueba a las personas para las cuales se acepta la petición de adaptación de las condiciones de realización de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Actuación con la documentación necesaria para la inscripción en la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Secretaría del centro donde se hacen las inscripciones para hacer la prueba, una vez ha comprobado que la solicitud de inscripción está debidamente cumplimentada, tiene que sellar uno de los ejemplares y lo tiene que devolver a la persona interesada. La Secretaría del centro se tiene que quedar la fotocopia del documento oficial de identificación (DNI, pasaporte...) y la del resto de documentación que se presenta una vez compulsada con el original.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Situaciones que eximen de hacer alguna parte de la prueba de acceso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las situaciones que eximen de hacer alguna parte de una prueba de acceso a un ciclo de grado superior son las que se establecen en el artículo 21 de la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 7 de febrero de 2012, por la cual se regulan las pruebas de acceso a los ciclos formativos de formación profesional del sistema educativo en las Illes Balears, y se enumeran en el Anexo&amp;nbsp;6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La solicitud de exención de la parte específica de la prueba de acceso a un ciclo formativo de grado superior, si se puede acreditar experiencia laboral suficiente, se tiene que solicitar antes de hacer la inscripción, durante los plazos establecidos, mediante una solicitud dirigida a la Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional. La documentación que se tiene que aportar es la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ol start="1" style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Solicitud en la cual se indique expresamente el ciclo para el cual se solicita la exención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fotocopia del documento oficial de identificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Certificado de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, del Instituto Social de la Marina o de la mutualidad laboral en la cual esté afiliado en que figure el historial de contratación de la persona interesada: la empresa o empresas en que ha sido contratado, el grupo de cotización y el periodo de contratación, o en su caso, el periodo de alta en la Seguridad Social en el régimen especial de trabajadores autónomos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se es trabajador por cuenta ajena: certificado emitido por cada una de las empresas donde se haya adquirido la experiencia laboral que alega para solicitar la exención, en la que se especifique la duración del contrato o de los contratos, la actividad laboral desarrollada, el periodo y/o número total de horas que se ha dedicado a aquella actividad, el grupo de cotización y la categoría o las categorías profesionales que ha tenido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si se es trabajador autónomo: certificado de alta en el censo de obligados tributarios, y declaración jurada donde conste detalladamente el tipo de tareas o de actividades laborales realizadas y el plazo en que se han desarrollado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ol&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una vez el aspirante ha obtenido la exención por experiencia laboral para un&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt; ciclo concreto no la tiene que volver a solicitar, a pesar de que se presente a otras convocatorias de la prueba de acceso para acceder al mismo ciclo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Acumulación de exenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que acumulen la exención de hacer todas las partes de la prueba, según el artículo 22 de la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 7 de febrero de 2012, no tienen que hacer la prueba ni se tienen que inscribir para hacerla. Para solicitar plaza se tiene que presentar la documentación que sea de aplicación de entre todas las que figuran en el artículo&amp;nbsp;6 de estas instrucciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Acumulación de una parte superada y la exención de la otra parte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tengan una parte de la prueba de acceso superada y tengan la exención de hacer la otra parte, según el artículo 23 de la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 7 de febrero de 2012, no tienen que hacer la prueba ni se tienen que inscribir para hacerla. Para solicitar plaza se tiene que aportar la documentación que acredita la superación de una de las partes y la exención de la otra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para la calificación a efectos de baremación se tiene que aplicar lo que se establece en el apartado 23.2 de la Orden antes mencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Admisión para hacer las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cada centro educativo tiene que comprobar, con la documentación recibida, que las personas que solicitan hacer la prueba tienen la edad requerida y el resto de condiciones que permiten hacerla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Lista provisional de personas admitidas y de personas excluidas para hacer la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La lista provisional de personas admitidas y de personas excluidas para hacer la prueba de acceso a una opción de ciclos formativos de grado superior se tiene que publicar el día 11 de julio de 2013, en el tablón de anuncios del centro educativo donde se ha presentado la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En la lista provisional se tiene que hacer constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ol start="1" style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que han presentado la exención de la evaluación de la parte de la prueba relativa a la lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que están exentas de hacer la parte de la prueba relativa a la lengua catalana por haber presentado el certificado de nivel B2 de catalán o equivalente, o un nivel superior de conocimientos de lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que están exentas de hacer la parte de la prueba relativa a la lengua extranjera de la parte común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que están exentas de hacer la parte de la prueba relativa a la segunda lengua extranjera de la parte específica de la opción de humanidades y ciencias sociales, con indicación expresa del idioma objeto de la exención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que están exentas de hacer la parte de la prueba relativa a alguna de las materias, con indicación expresa de la materia objeto de la exención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tienen la exención de hacer la parte común de la prueba de acceso a los ciclos de grado superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tienen la exención de hacer la parte específica de la prueba de acceso a los ciclos de grado superior de una familia profesional concreta, con indicación expresa de la familia profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tienen la exención de hacer la parte específica de la prueba de acceso a un ciclo formativo concreto, con indicación expresa del ciclo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ol&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el caso de las personas que hayan solicitado una exención y no puedan presentar el certificado correspondiente antes de la publicación de la lista definitiva de admitidos o, en su caso, hasta el día de la prueba, se tiene que hacer constar Exención condicionada en la lista provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Reclamaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;reclamaciones contra la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas para hacer la prueba de acceso a los ciclos formativos de grado superior se pueden presentar los días 11, 12 y 15 de julio de 2013, ante el director del centro educativo donde se ha presentado la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La persona interesada ha de comprobar que los datos de su hoja de inscripción se reflejan correctamente en la lista provisional de persones admitidas y, en el supuesto de que haya errores administrativos o personales, debe hacer la reclamación correspondiente dentro del período establecido..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 14&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Lista definitiva de personas admitidas para hacer la prueba de grado superior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Como máximo, el día 17 de julio de 2013 cada centro educativo que hace la prueba tiene que publicar la lista definitiva de personas admitidas para hacer la prueba de acceso a las diferentes agrupaciones de ciclos formativos de grado superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En esta lista definitiva se tiene que hacer constar cada una de las exenciones de hacer alguna de las partes, o de alguna de las materias, de la prueba que tiene cada persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el caso de las personas que hayan solicitado la exención de hacer la prueba de lengua catalana y no puedan presentar el certificado correspondiente hasta el día de la prueba, se tiene que hacer constar Exención condicionada en la lista definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el caso de las personas que hayan solicitado la exención de la parte específica de la prueba porque tienen un título de grado medio y el día de la prueba tienen que presentar el certificado de estar cursando el módulo Formación en centros de trabajo del ciclo de grado medio, se tiene que hacer constar Exención condicionada en la lista definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra la lista definitiva se puede presentar recurso de alzada ante la Directora General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional, en el plazo de un mes, a partir del día siguiente de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 15&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Comunicación de datos de inscripción para hacer pruebas de acceso a ciclos de grado superior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El día 17 de julio de 2013 los centros tienen que comunicar a la Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional, vía fax (971 17 75 34) o por correo electrónico, la lista de las personas que solicitan la adaptación de las condiciones de realización de la prueba porque pueden acreditar tener necesidades educativas especiales o dificultades específicas de aprendizaje.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Asimismo, día 17 de julio de 2013, los centros educativos tienen que enviar, por fax o entregar en mano, a la Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional, la copia de las solicitudes y de la documentación que se adjunta a la solicitud de las personas que solicitan la adaptación de las condiciones de realización de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 16&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Fecha y horario de realización de la prueba de acceso a los ciclos de grado superior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Todas las pruebas que permiten acceder a las diferentes opciones de ciclos formativos de grado superior se tienen que hacer los días 3 y 4 de septiembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El horario y el orden de desarrollo de las pruebas se tienen que hacer públicos en el tablón de anuncios de los institutos de educación secundaria donde se tienen que realizar las pruebas y, si es el caso, en su página web, con una antelación mínima de 48 horas antes de iniciarlas, y es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ol start="1" style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Día 3 de septiembre de 2013:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
    &lt;ul style="list-style-type: circle"&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;15.00 horas: Constitución de la Comisión Evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.00 horas: Inicio de la prueba con los ejercicios de lengua castellana y de lengua catalana de la parte común de la prueba (duración máxima dos horas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;18.30 horas: Continuación de la parte común de la prueba con el ejercicio de lengua extranjera (duración máxima una hora).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
    &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Día 4 de septiembre de 2013:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
    &lt;ul style="list-style-type: circle"&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;16.00 horas: Ejercicios de la parte específica de la prueba (duración máxima tres horas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
    &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ol&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora tiene que enviar una copia compulsada del acta de constitución de la Comisión, junto con una copia compulsada del acta de evaluación definitiva, a la Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Publicación de la relación de utensilios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La relación de utensilios, en caso de que sean necesarios para el desarrollo de la prueba, se tiene que publicar en el tablón de anuncios del centro donde se realice la prueba, el mismo día que se publica el horario y el orden de desarrollo de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Verificación de la identidad de los aspirantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora tienen que verificar la identidad de los aspirantes en algún momento de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Incidencias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cuando existan causas justificadas que alteren o impidan a algún aspirante la realización de la prueba, la Comisión Evaluadora lo tiene que comunicar a la Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional, la cual lo tiene que resolver de acuerdo con lo que considere que es procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Estas incidencias se tienen que hacer constar en el acta de evaluación de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Comisiones evaluadoras de las pruebas de acceso a los ciclos de grado superior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional nombra los miembros de las comisiones evaluadoras de las pruebas de acceso a ciclos de grado superior, a propuesta de los directores de los centros que realizan las pruebas. Esta propuesta se tiene que enviar a la Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional, por fax (971 17 75 34), como máximo, el día 17 de julio de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las funciones de las comisiones evaluadoras de las pruebas de acceso a ciclos formativos de formación profesional, reguladas en el artículo 10 de la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 7 de febrero de 2012, son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ol start="1" style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Comprobar la identidad de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Actuar en el lugar, la fecha y la hora y en los términos previstos en las convocatorias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolver las reclamaciones presentadas por los aspirantes en el proceso, así como resolver las incidencias que se deriven de la organización y la realización de la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Corregir y calificar las pruebas. Emitir y cumplimentar las actas de evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolver las reclamaciones que se hayan presentado sobre las calificaciones y la evaluación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cualquier otra función que le pueda asignar la Consejería de Educación, Cultura y Universidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ol&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La composición de las comisiones evaluadoras de las pruebas de acceso a ciclos de grado superior, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 24 de la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 7 de febrero de 2012, es:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
  &lt;ol start="1" style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Presidencia: el director del centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vocales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; 
    &lt;ul style="list-style-type: circle"&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Un vocal de la especialidad de lengua castellana y literatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Un vocal de la especialidad de lengua catalana y literatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Un vocal de la especialidad de inglés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Un vocal para cada una de las materias de la parte específica de la opción que se haga en el centro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
     &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para la opción de humanidades y ciencias sociales: un asesor, si se considera necesario, para la materia de segunda lengua extranjera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
    &lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Secretaría: tiene que actuar como secretario de la Comisión Evaluadora el vocal designado a este efecto en el acto de constitución de la Comisión Evaluadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
  &lt;/ol&gt; &lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas nombradas como vocales de las comisiones tienen que tener atribución docente en educación secundaria en las materias de la parte común, y para las materias de la parte específica de grado superior en las especialidades indicadas en el Anexo 4 de esta Resolución, teniendo en cuenta que las personas que hayan participado en formaciones de preparación de pruebas de acceso a los ciclos de formación profesional de esta convocatoria no pueden formar parte de ninguna comisión evaluadora de pruebas de acceso del mismo grado para el cual han preparado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los miembros de las comisiones evaluadoras y los profesores colaboradores en la elaboración y/o la corrección de las pruebas tienen que recibir la correspondiente compensación económica, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en la Orden del Consejero de Educación y Cultura de 18 de mayo de 2005 por la cual se regulan las condiciones generales y los módulos económicos de los pagos al personal que participa en las pruebas de acceso a los ciclos formativos de formación profesional específica convocadas por la Dirección General de Formación Profesional (BOIB núm. 81, de 28 de mayo).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 21&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Expedientes de las personas inscritas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Los centros educativos tienen que poner a disposición de las comisiones evaluadoras la documentación presentada por las personas inscritas para la realización de las pruebas de acceso a ciclos formativos de grado superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 22&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Corrección y calificación de las pruebas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Una vez terminadas las pruebas, cada Comisión Evaluadora tiene que corregir cada uno de los ejercicios que conforman la prueba y calcular la nota media de conformidad con lo que se establece en el artículo 25 de la Orden del Consejero de Educación, Cultura y Universidades de 7 de febrero de 2012 y en el Anexo 2 de esta Resolución y, según el resultado obtenido, tiene que calificar a cada aspirante en los términos de Apto o No apto. La nota final de la prueba se tiene que calcular siempre que se obtenga al menos una puntuación de cuatro en cada una de las partes y el resultado es la media aritmética de éstas, expresada con dos decimales, y es positiva la calificación de cinco puntos o superior. Esta nota final, cuando se pueda calcular, tiene que quedar reflejada junto con la calificación de Apto o No apto. Si no se puede calcular esta media la calificación de la prueba tiene que ser No apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El centro tiene que custodiar los exámenes realizados por los aspirantes durante un periodo de cuatro meses contados desde el día en que se publica la lista definitiva de personas aptas y no aptas a la prueba de acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 23&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contenido de las actas de evaluación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El contenido del acta de evaluación tiene que ser el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Apellidos y nombre de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Número del documento oficial de identificación de los aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Opción, familia profesional o ciclo al cual se ha inscrito el aspirante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Materias de la parte común y sus calificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Calificación de la parte común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Materias de la parte específica y sus calificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Calificación de la parte específica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Calificación final: Apto o No apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Nota final (siempre que se haya podido calcular).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 24&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Actuación con las actas de evaluación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cada Comisión Evaluadora tiene que levantar un acta de evaluación de los resultados de las pruebas, y todos los miembros de la Comisión Evaluadora lo tienen que firmar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las actas originales se tienen que archivar en el mismo centro donde se han hecho las pruebas de acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se tiene que enviar una copia compulsada de las actas a la Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional, como máximo, el día 17 de septiembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;También se tienen que enviar a la Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional, junto con la copia compulsada del acta de evaluación definitiva, las hojas de calificación en que los profesores correctores de las pruebas han puesto las calificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 25&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Lista provisional de personas aptas y no aptas a la prueba de acceso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El día 10 de septiembre de 2013 cada centro educativo donde se ha hecho la prueba de acceso a ciclos formativos de grado superior tiene que publicar la lista provisional de personas que han resultado aptas y no aptas a esta prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 26&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Reclamaciones contra la lista provisional de personas aptas y no aptas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contra la lista provisional de personas aptas y no aptas a la prueba de acceso a ciclos de grado superior, se puede presentar una reclamación ante la Comisión Evaluadora los días 10, 11 y 12 de septiembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Esta reclamación se tiene que presentar por escrito en la Secretaría del centro donde se han examinado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora tiene que estudiar el contenido de la reclamación y, en su caso, tiene que indicar a la persona interesada que asista a una sesión de revisión de examen para que la Comisión le comente los criterios de corrección y de calificación que ha aplicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La revisión de las reclamaciones se tiene que hacer entre el dia 13 i el dia 16 de septiembre de 2013. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora tiene que extender acta de la sesión de resolución de las reclamaciones presentadas y enviar una copia compulsada a la Dirección General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional, junto con la copia compulsada del acta de evaluación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que no estén conformes con el resultado de la revisión que resuelva la Comisión Evaluadora pueden interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Directora General de Ordenación, Innovación y Formación Profesional en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la lista definitiva (hasta día 18 de octubre de 2013).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 27&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Lista definitiva de personas aptas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La lista definitiva de personas aptas a la prueba de acceso a los ciclos de grado superior se tiene que publicar el 17 de septiembre de 2013 en el tablón de anuncios de cada centro que ha hecho la prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 28&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Contenido del certificado de aptitud de la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En el certificado de aptitud de la prueba tiene que constar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

   &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si da acceso a un ciclo de grado superior concreto, se tiene que especificar el nombre del ciclo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Artículo 29&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Las personas que tienen el certificado que acredita que han superado la prueba de acceso a los ciclos de grado superior, y las que tienen otra documentación que les permite solicitar una plaza reservada por el turno que corresponda de un ciclo formativo de grado superior, pueden solicitar la admisión en el ciclo formativo que quieran cursar de conformidad con la normativa de admisión a los ciclos formativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. Estructura&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 18pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La prueba de acceso a los ciclos formativos de grado superior se estructura en dos partes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Parte común&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;. Valora la capacidad de razonamiento y de expresión escrita. Los contenidos incluidos en esta parte tienen que recoger los aspectos más instrumentales del bachillerato. Las materias de referencia son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Lengua castellana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Lengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Lengua extranjera: inglés&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Parte específica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;. Valora las capacidades de base referentes al campo profesional de que se trate, y tiene que versar sobre los conocimientos básicos de las materias de referencia para cada ciclo. A estos efectos, se han agrupado los ciclos por familias profesionales en tres opciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 35.4pt"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En esta parte el aspirante se tiene que examinar de dos materias de entre las cinco posibles que hay para cada opción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2. Calificación de cada parte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cada materia que se evalúe se califica de cero hasta diez puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La calificación de cada parte es la media aritmética de las calificaciones de las materias que la conforman. Esta calificación se tiene que expresar de cero hasta diez puntos con dos decimales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si el aspirante está exento de examinarse de alguna de las materias de una parte, la calificación de esta parte es la media aritmética de las calificaciones del resto de materias que la conforman.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si el aspirante no realiza la prueba correspondiente a alguna de las materias de una parte y no está exento de hacerla, la calificación de esta parte debe ser no presentado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Calificación final&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol style="list-style-type: lower-alpha"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La calificación de cada parte de la prueba tiene que ser numérica, entre cero y diez puntos con dos decimales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La calificación final se tiene que calcular siempre que se obtenga al menos una puntuación de cuatro en cada una de las partes y tiene que ser la media aritmética de éstas, expresada con dos decimales, y es positiva la calificación de cinco puntos o superior. Esta nota final, cuando se pueda calcular, tiene que quedar reflejada junto con la calificación de Apto o de No apto. Si no se puede calcular&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;esta media la calificación de la prueba tiene que ser No apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si hay exenciones de alguna de las partes de la prueba, la nota media se tiene que calcular sobre las partes evaluadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Si la calificación de ambas partes es no presentado o bien una parte está exenta y la calificación de la otra parte es no presentado, la calificación final tiene que ser No apto (No presentado).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Cuando no se supere la totalidad de la prueba, la calificación de la parte superada puede mantenerse en las convocatorias siguientes. El certificado de aptitud tiene que ser el certificado que acredite la superación de alguna de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4. Duración de la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Se tiene que evaluar la adecuación y la coherencia de las respuestas a las preguntas realizadas, el uso adecuado de los conceptos y el planteamiento (tanto global como de cada una de las partes), el uso adecuado de los procedimientos, el resultado final adecuado y, en general, la expresión y la corrección ortográfica y gramatical.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;7. Material que se puede utilizar durante la prueba&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
