    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En fecha 19 de junio de 2013 la presidenta de l’Institut Mallorquí d’Afers Socials ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;Resolución de revocación parcial de la resolución de dia 11 de diciembre de 2012 relativa a la convocatoria de ayudas económicas individuales a personas mayores para el año 2012&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Acumular los expedientes de las personas citadas en el punto II dels Antecedentes, en virtud del artículo 73 de la Ley 30/92 de 26 de noviembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Revocar parcialmente la resolución de la presidenta del IMAS de fecha 11 de diciembre de 2012 publicada en el BOIB núm. 24, de 19 de febrero de 2013, en lo que se refiere a la denegación o estimación en cuantia errónea de las ayudas a las personas citadas en el punto II de los Antecedentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;Otorgar las ayudas económicas individuales para personas mayores para el año 2012 a les personas físicas siguientes, por los conceptos y por los importes que seguidamente se reseñan: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Autoritzar y disponer a favor de las personas citadas en el punto anterior un gasto por un importe total de SETECIENTOS SESENTA Y TRES EUROS (763,00 €), distribuida en la forma descrita en el cuadro del punto anterior, del vigente presupusto de gastos del IMAS (referencia contable núm. 22013003997). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. &lt;/strong&gt;Notificar esta Resolución a las personas interesadas, a la Intervención Delegada, el Servicio de Gestión Económica y a la Secció de Prestaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. &lt;/strong&gt;Ordenar la publicación de esta resolución en el tablón de edictos y en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
