&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;“&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;DECRETO&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;1.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; Dado que por Decreto de Alcaldía de 8 de septiembre de 2011 se nombro a la Sra. Milena Herrera García, amb DNI núm. 46.951.175-X, con efectos del día 12 de septiembre de 2011, como secretaria particular del grupo de la oposición, dentro de la plantilla de personal eventual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;2.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; Dado que de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 104.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, el artículo 20.3 de la Ley 3/2007 de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears y el artículo 12.3 de la Ley 7/2007 de 12 de abril, del Estatuto básico del empleado público, el personal eventual cesa automáticamente cuando cesa la autoridad que lo nombró, como también en caso de renuncia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;3.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; Dado que por acuerdo de pleno extraordinario de fecha 17 de junio de 2013 se ha tomado conocimiento de la renuncia de la Sra. Marienna Sánchez-Jáuregui Martínez como Alcaldesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; Comunicar a la Sra. Milena Herrera García, su cese automático como secretaria particular del grupo de la oposición con efectos del día 17 de junio de 2013 como último día de prestación de servicios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Notificar este decreto a la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Publicar la presente resolución en el boletín oficial de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Informar a la persona interesada que en contra de esta resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; font-weight: normal; margin-right: -0.1cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Directamente, recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de la Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Recurso potestativo de reposición ante Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de les administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;c) Cualquier otro recurso que crean conveniente, de acuerdo con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y de la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, de modificación de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de les administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
