&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por Resolución de presidencia de fecha 11 de junio de 2013, se aprobaron los pliegos de cláusulas administrativas particulares que han de regir el contrato para la alienación por procedimiento abierto de determinados bienes de PalmaActiva (maquinaria y mobiliario para trabajar cerámica).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los Pliegos de condiciones estarán a disposición del público en las dependencias de PalmaActiva (C/Socors, 22, 07002 de Palma), a los efectos de que durante el plazo de diez días naturales, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación del presente anuncio, se puedan presentar reclamaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Simultáneamente y de conformidad con el art. 188, de la Ley 20/2006 de Régimen Municipal y Local, de 15 de diciembre, se publica el anuncio de licitación. En caso de presentación de reclamaciones el plazo para presentar ofertas quedará interrumpido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
