&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(*) No estan inclosos els interessos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El hecho que motivó la incoación responde a la falta de pago de las cuotas correspondientes al servicio de suministro domiciliario de agua potable por&amp;nbsp; importe y periodos relacionados anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Intentada la notificación personal a los interesados, y no habiendo resultado ésta posible por alguna de las causas a que se refiere el artículo 59.4 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, ésta se realizó en la forma dispuesta en la norma mencionada, publicando el correspondiente anuncio en el tablón de anuncios y BOIB nº&amp;nbsp; 50&amp;nbsp; de&amp;nbsp; 13 de abril de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Finalizado el plazo otorgado en la notificación, la Teniente de Alcalde, en uso de las atribuciones que le fueron delegadas por la Alcaldía mediante Decreto de 14 de junio de 2011, y aceptando la propuesta formulada por el Instructor, ha decretado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Primero.- Declarar a los abonados al servicio municipal de abastecimiento domiciliario de agua potable, relacionados anteriormente, autores de una falta por incumplimiento de la obligación que le impone el artículo 40º de la Ordenanza reguladora del servicio de suministro domiciliario de agua potable, por falta de pago de los recibos correspondientes a los periodos e importes reseñados, aplicando a los mismos la sanción prevista en el apartado a) del artículo 48º de la misma Ordenanza consistente en la suspensión del suministro a los&amp;nbsp; domicilios que constan en las respectivas pólizas de abono, y sin perjuicio de que se prosigan los trámites recaudatorios previstos en las normas vigentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Segundo.- Notificar esta resolución, por el procedimiento previsto en el artículo 59 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, a los citados abonados; así como a la entidad suministradora para que, en el plazo de quince días a partir de la publicación de este anuncio en el BOIB, proceda a hacer efectiva la suspensión del suministro. A tal efecto, con carácter previo a ejecutar lo ordenado,&amp;nbsp; deberá comprobar si el abonado ha regularizado los pagos correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra el anterior acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, cabe interponer, con carácter potestativo, recurso de reposición ante la Alcaldía, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el art. 116 de la Ley&amp;nbsp; 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, según la redacción dada al mismo por la Ley 4/99, de 13 de enero. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, no pudiendo, en este caso, interponer recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se haya resuelto el de reposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El recurso de reposición potestativo deberá presentarse en el Registro General de este Ajuntament o en las dependencias a que se refiere el Art. 38.4º de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, antes citada, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no se haya resuelto y notificada la Resolución en el término de un mes, a contar del día siguiente a su interposición, quedando en este caso expedita la Vía Contencioso-Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De no utilizar el Recurso Potestativo de Reposición, cabe interponer directamente Recurso Contencioso-Administrativo, conforme a lo establecido en el artículo anteriormente citado, y a los artículos 45 y siguientes de la Ley 29/98, de 13&amp;nbsp; de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso Administrativa ante el la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
