    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Habiéndose intentado, por parte del Servicio de Inspección Tributaria, la notificación de los &lt;strong&gt;decretos de alcaldía&lt;/strong&gt; que confirman las liquidaciones propuestas en el inicio de actuaciones de comprobación limitada y del procedimiento sancionador, respecto a los Impuestos que se relacionan, conforme al artículo 112 de la Ley General Tributaria (58/2003, de 17 de diciembre) y otras disposiciones concordantes y de aplicación, dado que no se ha podido practicar, se cita a las personas que se relacionan, para que comparezcan personalmente o mediante representante en este Ayuntamiento, Plaza de Santa Eulalia, 9– 1º (Servicio de Inspección Tributaria), con la finalidad de entregarles la oportuna notificación, en el plazo de 15 días naturales, contados desde el día siguiente a la publicación &lt;/span&gt;en la sede electrónica o la publicación del anuncio en el correspondiente &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial&lt;/em&gt;. Transcurrido dicho plazo sin comparecer, la notificación se entenderá producida a todos los efectos legales el día siguiente al del vencimiento del plazo señalado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
