    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; No habiendo sido posible la notificación de las Resoluciones relativas a las solicitudes de inscripción en el Registro General Sanitario de Empresas Alimentarias y Alimentos de las empresas que a continuación se relacionan porque el Servicio de Correos las ha devuelto por dos veces a esta Consejería y, una vez realizado el trámite de audiencia, en cumplimiento con lo dispuesto en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se notifica mediante el presente edicto, y se hace saber a las personas interesadas que el Director General de Salud Pública y Consumo ha resuelto denegar las inscripciones en el Registro General Sanitario de Empresas Alimentarias y Alimentos a las empresas que a continuación se relacionan, y que en contra de estas Resoluciones pueden interponer recurso de alzada ante el Consejero de Salud, en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente al de esta publicación, de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en los artículos 114 y 115 de la citada Ley 30/1992, y con el artículo 58 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; Los expedientes se encuentran a disposición de las personas interesadas en la Dirección General de Salud Pública y Consumo, situada en la calle Jesús núm. 38-A, de Palma y en el Centro Insular de Ibiza y Formentera situado en la vía Romana, 81, de Ibiza.&lt;/p&gt;
