    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 59 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común B.O.E 285 de 27 de noviembre de 1992, se hace pública la notificación de la iniciación de los expedientes para el canje de oficio de los permisos de conducir comunitarios de que son titulares las personas que a continuación se relacionan, y que son instruidos por la Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico, ya que habiéndose intentado la notificaicón en el último domicilio conocido, ésta no se ha podido practicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Los correspondientes expedientes se encuentran en esta Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico, a su disposición, disponiendo de un plazo de 10 días para formular alegaciones, transcurrido el cual se procederá a dictar resolución acordando el canje de oficio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
