&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento DESPIDO/CESES EN GENERAL 0000490 /2012 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a instancia de D/Dª ALVARO PEREZ VIVES contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; SADE IBIZA, CB, LUCAS GUILLERMO MACALLISTER&amp;nbsp; , U. M. ROZYK&amp;nbsp; ,&amp;nbsp; FOGASA&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; sobre DESPIDO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“DILIGENCIA DE ORDENACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SECRETARIO/A JUDICIAL SR/SRA D/Dª.&amp;nbsp; TERESA MARIA BALLESTER MANRESA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En IBIZA/EIVISSA, a cuatro de Junio de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Únase el escrito presentado por el demandante. Dese traslado y, visto su contenido, se acuerda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Tener por &lt;strong&gt;AMPLIADA&lt;/strong&gt; la demanda frente a D. CARLOS ALBERTO MORAIS, a quien se citará al acto de conciliación y/o juicio, con traslado de copia de la demanda inicial.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Tener por &lt;strong&gt;DESISTIDO&lt;/strong&gt; al actor de su demanda frente a UDO MIQUEL ROZYK.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.- Señalar nuevo acto de conciliación y/o juicio para el próximo &lt;strong&gt;ONCE de SEPTIEMBRE de 2013 a las NUEVE TREINTA HORAS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.- Cautelarmente y, visto lo actuado remítase edicto al BOIB para la citación de LUCAS GUILLERMO MACALLISTER, así como de la C.B.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN:&lt;/strong&gt; Mediante recurso de reposición a interponer ante quien dicta esta resolución, en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;TRES DÍAS&lt;/strong&gt; hábiles siguientes a su notificación con expresión de la infracción que a juicio del recurrente contiene la misma, sin que la interposición del recurso tenga efectos suspensivos con respecto a la resolución recurrida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: left"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EL/LA SECRETARIO/A JUDICIAL”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación y citación en legal forma para SADE IBIZA, CB: LUCAS G. MACALLISTER expido el presente en IBIZA/EIVISSA, a cuatro de Junio de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
