    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;NOTIFICACIONES DE DECRETOS DE INICIO DE EXPEDIENTES SANCIONADORES DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE INCA EN MATERIA DE ORDENANZAS MUNICIPALES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las notificaciones hechas por correo certificado, con acuse de recibo, no han tenido efecto y no han podido hacerse efectivas, por ignorarse el domicilio o no haber encontrado a los interesados que se relacionan, por lo que, se procede, en cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992 de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;De acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 59.5 y 61 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común, se notifica a las personas relacionadas a continuación que les ha sido formulado el Decreto de inicio de los expedientes sancionadores instruidos que se señalan en el anexo de este Edicto y se comunica que tienen un plazo de quince días hábiles para formular alegaciones. Los correspondientes expedientes están en las oficinas del Área de Urbanismo y Medio Ambiente del Ayuntamiento de Inca (Plaza de España, núm. 1).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
