    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Felanitx, a través del servicio de Bienestar Social, en cumplimiento de los principios de publicidad, concurrencia y objetividad en la concesión de subvenciones, convoca a los centros escolares para que soliciten las ayudas económicas, de acuerdo con las Bases siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Primera. - Objeto de la Convocatoria&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Esta convocatoria se realiza con la finalidad de regular la concesión de subvenciones económicas en régimen de concurrencia competitiva que concederá el Ayuntamiento de Felanitx durante el año 2013 destinadas a los centros escolares ubicados en el municipio de Felanitx, para la compra de material necesario para paliar las carencias de los alumnos con menor poder adquisitivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Las subvenciones deberán financiar en primer lugar la compra de libros de texto para su utilización en servicio de préstamo para alumnos hijos de familias con dificultades económicas y en caso de que este servicio estuviese cubierto, se podrá destinar a la adquisición de material escolar para poder ser utilizado por los alumnos también en servicio de préstamo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Esta convocatoria se regirá por lo establecido en las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto General de esta Corporación, y en lo no previsto en ésta, se aplicará supletoriamente la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Segunda. - Destinatarios de la convocatoria&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Esta convocatoria está dirigida a todos centros escolares del término de Felanitx, siempre que cumplan las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;a / Ser entidades legalmente constituidas, y reconocidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;b / Impartir enseñanzas de los ciclos: infantil (3-6 años), primaria (6-12 años), y / o secundaria (12-16 años. No se incluye PQPI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;No podrán obtener la condición de beneficiarios de las subvenciones, las personas o entidades que se encuentren en cualquiera de las situaciones que se indican en el artículo 13 Ley 38/2003. En particular cabe destacar el hecho de no encontrarse al corriente de pago de las deudas con el Ayuntamiento y del pago de las obligaciones derivadas del reintegro de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Tercera. - Dotación presupuestaria.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;El crédito asignado a la presente convocatoria es de DOCE MIL EUROS (€ 12.000,00) a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 3210.481000 del vigente Presupuesto General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Excepcionalmente, y de conformidad a las reglas contenidas en el apartado 2 del artículo 58 del Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, esta cuantía máxima podrá ser incrementada en una cuantía adicional cuya aplicación a la concesión de subvenciones no requerirá de una nueva convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cuarta. - Cuantía de la subvención.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;La cuantía de la subvención se determinará basándose en la puntuación obtenida, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos en la base quinta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Quinta. - Procedimiento para la concesión de las subvenciones.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;1.- Criterios objetivos de valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;1.1.- Para la concesión de estas ayudas, siempre que el solicitante cumpla los requisitos exigidos, haya justificado subvenciones anteriores y no esté incurso en ninguna de las causas de exclusión expresamente previstas en esta convocatoria, se utilizará la siguiente fórmula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Dar un precio a cada alumno, dividiendo el presupuesto total: 12.000 € por el número total de alumnos del curso 2012 - 2013 de educación infantil (3-6 años), primaria (6-12 años), y secundaria (12-16 años). Sin incluir los alumnos que hayan cursado PCPI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Multiplicar el precio de cada alumno por el número de alumnos de cada centro escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;1.2.- La cuantía de la subvención no podrá ser superior, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras ayudas o subvenciones de cualquier procedencia, al coste de la actividad subvencionable. En el caso de que la propuesta de subvención correspondiente a alguno de los proyectos presentados supere la cuantía expresada a su solicitud, se concederá la subvención con el límite de la mencionada solicitud y la cuantía sobrante se repartirá entre el resto de proyectos en proporción a su puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;2. - Presentación de documentos y tramitación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;2.1.- Las entidades interesadas deberán presentar la solicitud debidamente cumplimentada, de acuerdo con el modelo adjunto como Anexo I, acompañada de la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;a) Memoria de la actividad propuesta acompañada, en su caso, del programa, proyecto o descripción detallada que permita comprender el alcance, la intención y la importancia de la propuesta. (Anexo II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;c) Presupuesto total y desglosado por partidas de cada actividad a realizar, con indicación de la subvención solicitada. (Anexo II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;d) Declaración expresa en la que se hará constar todas las ayudas y subvenciones solicitadas y / o concedidas por cualquier institución pública o privada para la misma finalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;e) Declaración expresa de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social. (Anexo III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;f) Certificado del número de alumnos matriculados en los ciclos de infantil (3-6 años), primaria (6-12 años, y / o secundaria (12-16 años. No se incluye PCPI) en el curso 2012-2013 .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;g) Certificado de la entidad financiera para que deseen que sea abonado el importe de la subvención, en el que figuren los veinte dígitos del Código Cuenta Cliente y en el que se acredite que dicha cuenta corresponde a la Entidad Subvencionada .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;h) La solicitud se puede acompañar de cualquier otra documentación sobre el proyecto o actividad que justifique la petición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;2.2.- Presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de quince días naturales a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación de la presente convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, y página WEB del Ayuntamiento .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Las solicitudes, junto con la documentación que las acompañe, se presentarán en el Registro General de la Corporación o en cualquiera de las formas previstas en la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Sexta. - Abono de la Subvención&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;El pago se efectuará mediante transferencia bancaria. Todas las cantidades concedidas se ingresarán en una cuenta bancaria a nombre de la entidad indicada en la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Los beneficiarios deberán aportar, necesariamente, certificado de la entidad financiera para que deseen que sea abonado el importe de la subvención, en el que figuren los veinte dígitos del Código Cuenta Cliente y en el que se acredite que dicho cuenta corresponde a la Entidad Subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;El pago de la subvención se realizará una vez justificado el gasto por parte del centro escolar solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Séptima. - Obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Los perceptores de las subvenciones están obligados a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;a) Aceptar la subvención. En el caso de que esto no sea posible deberán renunciar expresamente y motivadamente, en el plazo de quince días contados a partir del día siguiente a la notificación de la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;b) Realizar la actividad o proyecto por el que se conceda la subvención, ajustándose a los términos previstos&lt;br /&gt; c) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y a facilitar la información que se requiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;d) Dar cuenta de las modificaciones que puedan surgir en la realización del proyecto, justificándolas adecuadamente.&lt;br /&gt; e) Comunicar la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad, procedentes de otras administraciones, entidades públicas o privadas nacionales o internacionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;f) Disponer de los libros contables, registros diligenciados y demás documentos debidamente auditados en los términos exigidos por la legislación mercantil y sectorial aplicable al beneficiario en cada caso, y también todos los estados contables y registros específicos que se exijan en las bases reguladoras de la subvención, a fin de garantizar el adecuado ejercicio de las facultades de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;g) Conservar los documentos justificativos de la aplicación de los fondos recibidos, incluidos los documentos electrónicos, mientras puedan ser objeto de las actuaciones de comprobación y control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;h) Toda subvención tendrá que hacer constar en la documentación y publicidad impresa que la actividad o proyecto se realiza con el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx y el anagrama.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Octava. - Órgano instructor&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;El técnico responsable de servicios sociales de este Ayuntamiento es el órgano competente para instruir el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Corresponde al órgano instructor llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para comprobar y determinar los datos en virtud de los cuales deba pronunciarse la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Novena. - Comisión de Valoración&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;La Concejala de Educación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;El Técnico de Servicios Sociales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;El secretario o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración, tras la comparación de las solicitudes presentadas, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos, emitirá un informe en el que se concrete el resultado de la evaluación y la prelación de las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;La Comisión de Valoración elevará a la Junta de Gobierno Local la propuesta de otorgamiento de las subvenciones para su aprobación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Décima. - Justificación:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;La justificación de los gastos correspondientes a las subvenciones otorgadas, deberá realizarse por los beneficiarios, con anterioridad al 15 de noviembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;En todo caso, la no justificación del total de la cuantía subvencionada antes del 15 de noviembre de 2013, implicará la procedencia del reintegro de las cantidades que correspondan, sin perjuicio de las acciones que resultaran procedentes en el orden sancionador de acuerdo con lo que establece la ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Undécima. - Forma de justificación&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Felanitx podrá realizar, mediante los procedimientos legales pertinentes, las comprobaciones necesarias respecto al destino y la aplicación de las subvenciones concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Las subvenciones concedidas de acuerdo con las prescripciones de estas Bases, deberán justificarse adecuadamente una vez finalizada la actividad, servicio o proyecto, origen de la subvención otorgada. La instancia de esta justificación se presentará en el registro general de este Ayuntamiento, instancia acompañada de la documentación exigida en la convocatoria de la subvención de que se trate y que, como mínimo, deberá ser:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;a) Memoria detallada del servicio prestado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;b) Presentación de original y copia de todas las facturas y / o justificantes acreditativos del gasto, con fecha de emisión que deberá corresponder al año 2013, y por el importe total de la subvención concedida, que deriven de los servicios realizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Las copias compulsadas se quedarán en el archivo de la entidad concedente y los originales sellados, custodiados por la entidad beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;c) Certificado del centro donde se haga constar que la cuantía económica recibida se ha destinado a igualar las condiciones del alumnado para evitar agravios derivados de las diferencias de poder adquisitivo. ANEXO IV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Será requisito indispensable, para el pago de la cantidad subvencionada, que la entidad o asociación haya justificado, en su caso, las subvenciones recibidas con anterioridad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;La justificación de las actuaciones realizadas no podrá exceder día 15 de noviembre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Duodécima-Supuestos de revocación de las ayudas y reintegro de las mismas.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;El procedimiento de reintegro se regirá por lo dispuesto en el artículo 42 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de Noviembre, General de Subvenciones, siendo el órgano competente para exigir el reintegro el concedente de la subvención mediante la resolución del procedimiento regulado en dicha ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Procederá el reintegro de las cantidades percibidas en los supuestos previstos en el artículo 37.1 de la ley 38/2003, de 17 de Noviembre, General de Subvenciones, y artículo 28 del Reglamento General de Subvenciones de este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;Las cantidades a reintegrar tendrán la consideración de ingresos de derecho público, aplicándose para su cobranza lo dispuesto en la Ley Reguladora de Haciendas Locales y el Reglamento General de Recaudación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Decimotercera. - Régimen Jurídico&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="ca-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: none"&gt;En lo no previsto en la presente convocatoria se aplicará la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común los preceptos básicos de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, su Reglamento de desarrollo aprobado por RD 887/2006, de 21 de julio, y el Reglamento General de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
