    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;Habiéndose intentado, por los medios legalmente establecidos, la notificación personal del requerimientos de documentación motivados por la retrocesión de los pagos de las ayudas de guardería/custodia para alumnos participantes en las acciones del Plan FIP, y dado que no hay constancia en los mismos de su recepción por las personas interesadas, de acuerdo el que dispone el artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, por el presente anuncio, se pone en conocimiento de las personas que se indican a continuación, que tienen que aportar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;Impreso TG002, debidamente rellenado y sellado por la entidad bancaria y por el alumno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;- Fotocopia del DNI/NIE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;A tal efecto, estas personas disponen de un plazo de diez hábiles contadores desde el día siguiente que se haya publicado esta notificación para aportar los documentos que se indica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;De acuerdo con el que establece el artículo 92.1 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre de régimen jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, os hago saber que si no presentáis la documentación requerida en el plazo indicado se considerará que el procedimiento se ha paralizado por causa imputable a usted como interesado, y en el plazo de tres meses se dictará resolución de caducidad y de archivo de las actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La documentación requerida se tiene que dirigir al Servicio de Seguimiento Administrativo de Formación del Servicio de Ocupación de las Islas Baleares, situado en la calle Camino Viejo de Bunyola, 43 – 1ª planta, Polígono Industrial de Son Castelló, Palma, en horario de 9 a 14 horas, de lunes a viernes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
