    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Sr. Alcalde mediante decreto número 55 de fecha 22/05/2011 acordó la siguiente resolución, que en su parte expositiva y dispositiva, es del literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Vista la Resolución de la Subsecretaria del Ministerio de la Presidencia de 26 de mayo de 2005, por la cual se dispone la publicación de la Resolución 28 de abril de 2005, del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y de la Dirección general de Cooperación Local, por la cual se dictan instrucciones técnicas a los Ayuntamientos sobre el procedimiento para acordar la caducidad de las inscripciones padronales de los extranjeros no comunitarios sin autorización de residencia permanente no renovadas cada dos años (BOE núm. 128, de 30.05.05).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Visto que el Instituto Nacional de estadística, Delegación Provincial, nos ha remitido el fichero informatizado, en lo referente a los extranjeros no comunitarios sin autorización de residencia susceptibles de caducidad y que por parte de este Ayuntamiento se ha efectuado un preaviso a todos los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Visto que los extranjeros no comunitarios, que se detallarán más adelante, incluidos en los ficheros mencionados en el apartado anterior, no han solicitado expresamente la voluntad de renovar la inscripción en el padrón de habitantes, a que se refiere la instrucción 5ª de la mencionada Resolución 26 de mayo de 2005.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px; text-align: center"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.- Declarar la caducidad de la inscripción y acordar la baja en el padrón municipal de habitantes, por no haber renovado su inscripción mediante un acto expreso, de las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;2.- Las bajas por caducidad incluidas en esta resolución serán efectivas en el momento de realizarse la notificación a los interesados o, en su caso, publicación por edictos en el BOIB y en el tablón de anuncios de este ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3.- Notificar la presente resolución a los interesados en conformidad con aquello que dispone la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;4.- Dejar sin efecto el contenido de esta resolución para todos los extranjeros que figuran relacionados anteriormente y que durante el tiempo que transcurra entre la notificación y para impugnarla, hayan efectuado el acto expreso de renovar la inscripción en el padrón.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
