&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a 15 de marzo de 2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Magistrado-Juez: Doña Martina Mora Torrens&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Demandante: Don Atanas Kareev&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Abogado/a: Doña Margalida Clar Lladó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Procurador/a: Don Antonio Colom Ferrà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Demandado: Herederos desconocidos de Don Enrique Luis Saffange y Dª María Magdalena Elisa Saffange (en rebeldía)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Que DEBO DESESTIMAR y DESESTIMO la demanda&lt;/strong&gt; formulada por D. Antonio Colom Ferrá, Procurador de los Tribunales, en nombre y representación de Don ATANAS KAREEV contra HEREDEROS DESCONOCIDOS DE D. ENRIQUE LUIS SAFFANGE y Dª MARIA MAGDALENA ELISA SAFFANGE en relación a la prescripción adquisitiva del dominio de la finca descrita en el FJ primero de la presente resolución, con imposición de costas a la parte actora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución cabe interponer Recurso de Apelación, en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de VEINTE días, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la presente resolución, mediante escrito que deberá presentarse ante este juzgado, previa la consignación de la cantidad de 50 euros y de la tasa correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Así por ésta, mi Sentencia, la pronuncio, mando y firmo Dª. Martina Mora Torrens, Magistrado-Juez Titular del Juzgado de Primera Instancia nº 5 de Palma de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de &amp;nbsp;HEREDEROS ENRIQUE LUIS SAFFANGE, &amp;nbsp;HEREDEROS MARIA MAGDALENA ELISA SAFFANGE, se extiende la presente para que sirva de cédula de citación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin: 0px"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a quince de Mayo de dos mil trece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
