El artículo 21 de la Ley 4/2011&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;de 31 de marzo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;de la buena admin&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;stración y del buen gobierno de las Illes Balears, que entró en vigor el día 10 de abril de 2011&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;dispone que los órganos de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares enviarán al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;en los primeros veinte días de los meses de enero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;mayo y septiembre de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;ada año&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;una relación de los convenios de colaboración suscritos en el cuatrimestre anterior&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;tanto si son con otra administración pública como con una ent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;dad privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;2. Habida cuenta de lo dispuesto por el Decreto 5/2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;de 2 de mayo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(75, 85, 80)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;del Presidente de las IlIes Balears, por el que se determina la composic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;ón del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comun&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;dad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, las competencias de la extinta Conse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;j&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;ería de Salud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;Familia y B&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;enestar Social son asumidas por dos nuevas consejerías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;la Consejería de Salud y la Consejería de Famil&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;a y Serv&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;os Sociales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;3. Conforme al Decreto 6/2013&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;de 2 de mayo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;del Presidente de las IlIes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las Consejer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;í&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;as de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;se considera conveniente la publicación de los convenios suscritos en el ámbito competencial de la Consejería de Familia y Serv&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;cios Sociales en el primer cuatrimestre de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;En consecuencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(42, 52, 45)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(9, 19, 11)"&gt;dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
