&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: small"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9ptfont-family"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;Visto el informe emitido por la Policía Local en relación al hecho de no residir en el domicilio donde consta empadronado/da.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: small"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9ptfont-family"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;Visto el art. 54.1 del Reglamento de Población y Demarcación, que contempla la obligación de inscribirse en el Padrón Municipal de Habitantes de la población en que se reside habitualmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: small"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9ptfont-family"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 9pt"&gt;Intentada, sin efecto, la notificación en el domicilio donde consta empadronado/da, se publica el presente anuncio y se le requiere para que realice el alta o el cambio de domicilio en el municipio correspondiente, a efectos de poder darle de baja en el Padrón de Ciutadella de Menorca, y se le concede un plazo de 10 días para presentar alegaciones. Transcurrido el mencionado plazo sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones, el Ayuntamiento, de acuerdo con el art. 72 del Reglamento de Población y Demarcación, le dará de baja de oficio por inscripción indebida, previo informe favorable del Consejo de Empadronamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
