Paloma Tur Montes&lt;span lang="ca-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;como jefa de prensa con efectos del día 17 de mayo de 2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;La Alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa, el día 16 de mayo de 2013 ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;“&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;b&gt;DECRETO:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: 0.22cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Dado que en sesión plenaria celebrada el día 30 de junio de 2011 se adoptó, entre otros, el acuerdo de fijar el número, sus características y las retribuciones del personal eventual, y que por acuerdo de pleno de 24 de enero de 2013 se aprobó definitivamente la modificación de las retribuciones del puesto de trabajo de jefe de prensa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; font-style: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: 0.22cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;2. &lt;/b&gt;De acuerdo con los antecedentes señalados y haciendo uso de las atribuciones que me otorga el artículo 104.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local, y el artículo 41.14 d) del Real decreto 2568/86, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; font-weight: normal; margin-right: 0.22cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;RESUELVO: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; font-weight: normal; margin-right: -0.1cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Nombrar a la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt; Sra. Paloma Tur Montes, con DNI núm. 47.253.781-M con efectos del día 17 de mayo de 2013, como jefa de prensa, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;dentro de la plantilla de personal eventual, con retribución anual de 33.000€ brutos anuales retribuidos en 14 pagas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;El personal eventual nombrado podrá ser cesado libremente por esta Alcaldía y automáticamente cesará cuando cese la Alcaldesa o expire su mandato, no confiriendo este nombramiento mérito para el acceso a la función pública o a la promoción interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Notificar este decreto a las persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; font-weight: normal"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span lang="es-ES"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;Informar a la persona interesada que en contra de esta resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="line-height: 0.42cm; margin-bottom: 0cm; background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a) Directamente, recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación de la Resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b) Recurso potestativo de reposición ante Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente de haber recibido la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 117 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de les administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p lang="es-ES" style="margin-bottom: 0cm; margin-right: -0.05cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent"&gt;c) Cualquier otro recurso que crean conveniente, de acuerdo con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa y de la Ley 4/1999, de 13 de enero, de modificación de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de les administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
