    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Una vez que el servicio de Correos ha devuelto las notificaciones individuales de varias resoluciones de la directora general de Familia, Bienestar Social y Atención a Personas en Situación Especial (por delegación de competencia de la consejera de Salud, Familia y Bienestar Social) de suspensión del pago de la pensión no contributiva de jubilación o invalidez, enviadas con acuse de recibo, en aplicación del artículo 59.5 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, se notifica a las personas que figuran en el anexo lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;— Que se ha dictado una resolución por la que se suspende el pago de la pensión no contributiva de jubilación o invalidez que tienen reconocida, por los motivos indicados en la resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;— Que, además, a las personas a las que se les indica un importe en concepto de deuda, les notifico lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Apartado 2 del anexo:&lt;/strong&gt; las personas de este apartado están obligadas a reintegrar esta deuda per cobro indebido, generado durante el período que indica la Resolución (artículo 45 del Texto Refundido de la Ley General de la Seguridad Social, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1994, de 20 de junio). El reintegro debe hacerse mediante ingreso a la cuenta de Recursos Diversos Provinciales, de la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social, a través de la entidad Caja Madrid. Si en el plazo de treinta días no se ha ingresado el importe de la deuda, se enviará el expediente a la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social para iniciar el procedimiento de recaudación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Contra esta resolución se puede interponer una reclamación previa a la vía de la jurisdicción laboral ante la directora general de Familia, Bienestar Social y Atención a Personas en Situación Especial, en los treinta días siguientes a la fecha de publicación de esta notificación, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 71 de la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicción social (BOE 11 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif"&gt;Para conocer el contenido íntegro de la resolución, las personas interesadas o sus representantes legales pueden personarse en las dependencias de la Dirección General Servicios Sociales, de la Conserjeria&amp;nbsp; de Familia y Servicios Sociales, situadas en la avenida de Alemanya, 6, derecha, de Palma (Mallorca); &amp;nbsp;en la calle Pou Fondo, 17, de Manacor (Mallorca), en la avenida de Vives Llull, 42, de Maó (Menorca), o en la calle del Obispo Abad i Lasierra, 47, de Eivissa (Ibiza), en horario de 9 a 14 horas, de lunes a viernes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
