    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;En fecha de 27 de Marzo de 2013, el Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida dictó la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;“En conformidad con el que disponen los artículos 75 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de Abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local (en adelante LBRL), y 13 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de Noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las Entidades Locales, los miembros de las corporaciones locales tienen derecho a percibir retribuciones por el ejercicio de sus cargos en dos supuestos: cuando los desarrollen en régimen de dedicación exclusiva y cuando los desarrollen en régimen de dedicación parcial para realizar funciones de presidencia, vice-presidencia, ostentar delegaciones o desarrollar responsabilidades que así lo requieran.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El arte. 75.5 del LBRL dispone que corresponde al presidente de la corporación determinar los miembros de esta que realizarán sus funciones en régimen de dedicación exclusiva o parcial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La base número 32 de las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto Municipal de 2013 contempla las siguientes retribuciones de los cargos que se ejerzan con dedicación exclusiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Así mismo establece que cuando el cargo ejerza con dedicación parcial, las retribuciones serán las que correspondan al porcentaje de dedicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Dado que por resolución de 27 de Marzo de 2013 esta Alcaldía ha realizado varias delegaciones que requieren de una especial dedicación y esfuerzo para su desarrollo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Consecuentemente, el objeto de esta resolución es establecer los cargos que se ejercerán con dedicación exclusiva y parcial fijando las retribuciones contempladas a las bases de ejecución del presupuesto municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Por todo esto, RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1.º Determinar que ejercerán sus funciones en régimen de dedicación exclusiva, porque así lo han aceptado de forma expresa, los siguientes miembros de la corporación municipal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
