    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es un proyecto de mejora de la calidad de los destinos turísticos promovido por el Instituto de Turismo de España (TURESPAÑA) y la Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias (FEMP), que trabaja con empresas/servicios turísticos de hasta&amp;nbsp;30 oficios diferentes, con el objetivo último de mejorar la experiencia y satisfacción del turista.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El SCTE Destinos es una&amp;nbsp;metodología que proporciona un sistema integral y permanente de gestión de la calidad en un&amp;nbsp;destino turístico&amp;nbsp;con una nueva concepción de los resultados esperados, un enfoque hacia la mejora continua y una actitud de recuperación y puesta en valor de los recursos y del espacio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El SCTE Destinos se basa en la conciencia integral de destino&amp;nbsp;y en la identificación de objetivos comunes de los agentes implicados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El SCTE Destinos persigue un&amp;nbsp;nivel de calidad homogéneo en los servicios ofrecidos al turista dentro de un mismo destino, de manera que no se aprecien deficiencias de calidad sustanciales entre los diferentes productos (agentes) que componen la oferta en el destino y, con ello que no se aprecien condicionamientos negativos de la percepción y satisfacción de los turistas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Público objetivo:&lt;/b&gt; dirigidos a nuevos gestores y a gestores de apoyo de los destinos que ya están implantando o van a implantar en un futuro el SICTED en su municipio y, a empresas consultoras que en un futuro quieran prestar el servicio de asesoría y/o gestión en destinos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="line-height: 100%; margin-bottom: 0cm"&gt; &lt;span style="font-family: times new roman, times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Duración:&lt;/b&gt; 35 horas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
