    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;De conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 59 y 61 de la Ley 30/92, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común&amp;nbsp; B.O.E. 285 de 27 de noviembre de 1992, se hace pública la notificación de la iniciación de los expedientes para autorizar el tratamiento residual de los vehículos de que son titulares las personas que a continuación se relacionan, y que son instruidos por la Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico, ya que habiéndose intentado la notificación en el último domicilio conocido, ésta no se ha podido practicar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: 8pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman"&gt;Los correspondientes expedientes se encuentran en esta&amp;nbsp; Jefatura Provincial de Tráfico a su disposición, y de acuerdo con el artículo 86.1 de la Ley 18/2009, de 23 de noviembre, por la que se modifica el texto articulado de la Ley sobre tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a motor y Seguridad Vial, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 339/1990, de 2 de marzo, en materia sancionadora, si en el plazo de un mes el vehículo no es retirado del recinto en el que se encuentra, se procederá a dictar resolución para el traslado del mismo a un Centro Autorizado de Tratamiento para su posterior destrucción y descontaminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
